Bought a build your own box as part of a gift for my son from York Xmas markets in 2024, He absolutely loved them so ordered online for this xmas Fast delivery and well packaged but one bottle was unfortunately smashed in transit,I contacted Chilli Jam Man very quick reply and they sent a whole new box to me,Would highly recommend and will buy more when needed

Great range of heat
Great range of heat, while tasting great.
The low and mid heat jams work great as a sandwich spread.
The hottest are clearly for cooking with, and not eating on their own!

The site is easy to use, and I found what I wanted quickly. A quality product, which wouldn’t hesitate to use again, having done so before.

I can’t rave about their chilli jams enough — the Hot Smokey Chilli Jam is definitely my favourite, along with the Reaper Revenge. I recently tried the Mango Bhutney, and wow, how delicious is that?
Chilli jams have become my go-to gift for friends, especially those who love a bit or lots of spice!

Delicious!!!!
Delicious!!!!! Bought a jar of chilli jam from a food festival, finished it in one sitting so ordered a 1kg catering tub a few days later.
Added a free personalised note which I didn’t realise would be HANDWRITTEN by some poor soul. Not only tickled our tastebuds but has provided laughs to friends and family for about 2 weeks.

Amazing customer service
After my order was shipped to the wrong address I contacted customer services. They replied within the hour and were so helpful and helped me retrieve my parcel. Cannot fault their customer service, Simon was very helpful
