It means a lot that after trying other brands and you felt Chiputt delivered the more realistic roll you were looking for. That true, natural roll is exactly what we designed it for.

We also understand how frustrating international shipping and import duties can be, so we’ve worked hard to build proper EU logistics. Hearing that your mat arrived in just 3 days is fantastic — that’s the experience we want every European customer to have!

And thank you for mentioning the accessories as well. We’ve put a lot of thought into making the system versatile, not just a single mat.

We’re thrilled to hear that the mat has been part of your routine for the past six weeks and that it’s already helping improve your putting. Hearing that it feels close to a real green is exactly what we set out to achieve from day one.

It’s great to know you’re getting good use out of the accessories as well — extending an 11ft mat to 13ft or even longer opens up so many more meaningful practice scenarios, especially for pace control. And we love that you’re using the training ramp as intended: not as a gimmick, but as a simple, honest way to understand how far a putt would really run past the hole.
