I recently purchased a theme and attempted to upload it. The result was devastating: my entire website has been completely offline for 6 days! The support team is unresponsive, not even replying to a simple inquiry. This strongly smells like a scam. I strongly advise against purchasing anything here. An absolute disaster!

This company is not good. They do not have a way to refund money to dissatisfied customers. They also refuse to support after purchase. They send vague emails that ask the same thing over and over again. They are often brief but very rude. They also do not sign their name when communicating. I think BBB should read the experiences shared on their own support website and give them an F for failure as an honest and trustworthy business.
