-Ordered a buy 2 get one free.
-Never got a receipt, which means no order number. ---Didn't have tracking, so didn't know when they would arrive.
-When I recieved the order, one pair came in the wrong size.
-They couldn't track the order because I had no order number.
-They eventually stopped responding to me.
-It's a scam.

Be smart. Steer clear. You will receive no support if you try to return their ill-fitting shoes. They will ghost you!!

I accidentally ordered more items than intended and emailed the company less than 5 minutes after placing the order to correct the mistake – well within their 6-hour cancellation window. I followed up again the next morning but received no reply until the package was already on its way.

Now, I’m being asked to pay for the return to China – even though the mistake was clearly communicated immediately and could have been avoided. Customer service only responded after shipment, and I feel left alone with the consequences of a simple error.

Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this shop. I decided to donate the extra items rather than waste more time or money.

1. These are the most uncomfortable shoes ever. Even after glowing directions and soaking them, still horrible.

2. Quality is very shotty. You can get more comfortable ones at discount store made better

These shows are a big waste of money for individuals with non wide feet. The comfort level is possibly great but irrelevant if the shoes won't stay on your feet. Even when half price, they are a waste of money. Yes, you can supposedly return your puchase.....to China. It will cost more than you paid for the shoes to return them. It's all a sham to prevent a buyer from returning the shoes. Stay away not worth the price or the hassle!

I WOULD PUT ZERO STARS IF I COULD. IF THE SHOES WERE OF A DECENT QUALITY, I WOULD BE OK WITH THE FACT THAT IT TOOK 4 WEEKS TO GET THEM AND THEY DOUBLED MY ORDER, CHARGING ME TWICE, AND SENDING ME TWO PAIRS OF THESE AWFUL, CHEAPLY MADE, UNCOMFORTABLE SHOES.

Ich kann leider nichts Gutes berichten.
Die Schuhe sind billige Plastikware aus China mit unpassender Größe und sehr schlechter Passform.
Sie drücken an allen Enden, die Zehentrenner sind überhaupt nicht tragbar, alle Schuhe tun an den Füßen einfach nur weh.

Der Kundenservice ist leider quasi nicht vorhanden.
Rücksendung nach China auf eigene Kosten, was den Wert der Schuhe bei weitem übersteigen würde und ob man das Geld jemals zurückbekommt, wer weiß das.
Ich habe zwar etliche Antworten in meiner Kommunikation hin und her vom Kundenservice bekommen, aber mir wurden nur nutzlose Angebote gemacht, wie ein Rabatt auf eine spätere Bestellung.
Der später ausgehandelte kostenlose Einkauf von neuen Schuhen wurde zwar versprochen, aber nie eingehalten.
Wenn ihr anständige Ware und Service haben wollen, kauft bei einem seriösen Anbieter in Deutschland

Ich schließe mich Birtes Bewertung völlig an.
Und die Latschen sind zwar federleicht, aber sie wirken von Material und Form her billig gegossen und sind steif und steinhart. Auch nach dem Tauchen in sehr warmes Wasser für 20 Minuten, wie auf dem Beipackzettel angegeben, bleiben sie so unflexibel wie geliefert. Für meine durch Sport erworbene Faszitis sind sie überhaupt nicht geeignet.
Das „Fussbett“ ist nicht wie versprochen ergonomisch für einen Fuß angelegt, sondern an Stellen verdickt, an denen sie es meiner Meinung nach nicht sein dürften. Ich nehme mal an, die Schuhe sind nicht direkt im Geschäft oder auf dem Markt erhältlich, da sie, wenn vorher probeweise angezogen, glaube ich selten gekauft werden würden.
Da das Material andere Eigenschaften hat als die vom Anbieter versprochenen, bin ich schon wegen der unbekannten chemischen Zusammensetzung des Materials zu vorsichtig, um die Schuhe trotzdem mal zu tragen.
Ich habe Lehrgeld bezahlt, da ich vorher hätte ausführlicher recherchieren müssen und ärgere mich sehr über den Kauf. Habe mich aufgrund des professionellen Aufbaus, angegebener Herkunft der Firma und den Versprechungen auf der Webseite täuschen lassen.
Lieber bleibe ich bei meinen Crocs mit LiteRide-Schaum, die für meine Faszitis geeignet sind.

I should’ve checked the reviews on Trustpilot and reddit before I made my purchase and wasted my money. All the reviews on Trustpilot are 100% TRUE, and notice the same thing is happening to everyone? They are receiving ill-fitting merchandise due to the company’s complete lack of quality control, even people who have ordered before and know their size are receiving shoes that fit way too big or small and then this company is forcing them to either return the shoes and pay for international shipping themselves, which they know very well costs more than the item is worth, or to keep the shoes and get a 40% off coupon on another pair.
In my case, I’ve never tried the cloudies before, I ordered my normal size 6 and my foot was SWIMMING in them so upon letting the company know and requesting an exchange for a smaller size, they responded telling me that as the customer I would have to “shoulder the cost of the return” (yes that was their exact wording) or if I choose, I can keep the shoes and get a 40% coupon for another pair to purchase the smaller size. WHAT? Why in the world would I want to make yet another purchase from them after this if this is how they chose to resolve my problem? Especially when I don’t even know if THAT size will fit me?
This company is COMPLETELY unwilling to help you knowing that the shipping back to their facility in Asia costs more than the item is worth they know they have people at their mercy and they are able to just pocket people’s money. They don't care one bit about customer service or about making sure their customers are happy. This is such a disgusting way to do business, they should be ashamed of themselves. I hope this scam of a company gets exposed for what they are and gets shut down.

A total scam !!!! I can’t believe I let myself into this mess. Those are shipped from China and they want you to pay for shipping back to China ! Also … please don’t believe ANY positive reviews . The products are junk ! Not comfortable and will kill your feet ! And of course , be ready to trash them because your just lost your money

I ordered 2 orders: 4 pairs total. I have not received them and they won't refund me. One shows shipped so long ago and another is just packaged since 2 weeks ago. I don't believe any of it. When I try to call them, there is no connection. I think this company is a scam.

I ordered the same size as my previous pairs and per the size guidelines. In fact, I was at the edge of ordering up a size.
When I received them, I found that they added a whole half inch to the shoes. They are way too big. That’s not my fault! So, I needed to exchange/return the shoes. And even though it’s their quality control that is lacking, I still had to ship them back to China! In fact, no matter what is wrong, you have to pay to return them to China. And they know that will cost a lot more than the price of the shoes. So they get to keep your money.
They know they are scamming people. They just don’t care.

Leider habe ich nicht lange genug recherchiert, und nicht rechtzeitig herausgefunden, dass es sich bei the cloudies NICHT um geeignetes Schuhwerk bei Problemen mit einem Fersensporn (oder sonstigen Fußproblemen) handelt, sondern - meiner Meinung nach - um allerbilligste Plastik-Latschen, die steinharte Sohlen und keinerlei Fußbett haben und die man gerade bei Fußproblemen gar nicht tragen kann bzw. sollte. Die Seite der Firma suggeriert einen Firmensitz in Deutschland, da es eine .de Endung aufweist; das ist jedoch reine Makulatur. Die Billig-Latschen werden aus China versendet, brauchen ewig lange, bis sie ankommen und müssen dann auch sehr teuer, auf eigene Kosten, nach China zurückgeschickt werden. Ärger den man sich ersparen sollte indem man AUF KEINEN FALL bei the cloudies bestellt.

I don't believe that the Facebook reviewers are real. I would never have ordered had I known they were being shipped from China. Cheap looking slide sandals, huge. I wear a women's size 11 and have a wide foot. They were probably a women's size 13. And the width was too wide for me. A waste of money. I contacted them to return. They gave me a return address in China. I got a shipping quote from Pirate Ship, and it was going to cost $30! I had paid $40 for 2 pairs. Not worth it. Beware. Just order Crocs. They're great for my back and hip and foot pain. And they are US based & quality shoes.

If I would have known that these ship from China, I never would have ordered them. These are the worst shoes I've ever worn.

They advertise them to be for people with foot issues and plantar fasciitis but they have zero arch support so they're terrible for foot problems. Plus, they are way too big. I ordered my size and they swallow my foot.

Returning them is difficult because, China. Do not buy these shoes. They're horrible.

It took 3 weeks to get the shoes, they're so hard I can't wear them. I've tried to return them but you have to send them back to China which cost more than the shoes themselves. The company says they'll be glad to give me 50% off on my next order. But who wants the next order? I'm trying to return these shoes. This place is a scam and you must be careful. You will not get your money back if you don't like the shoes. They want you to send them back to China. They gave me the return address. Chinese scam. Took forever to arrive. Uncomfortable. The best part, they arrive with instructions that call for soaking them and wearing them in the shower before the first wear?! Insane.

Just as the others stated, I needed to return and was offered 40% then 60% discount. Returns go to Austria. Call the 800 number and was told the same thing. I asked to have my request escalated and I was told it had to go through email. Ridiculous.

Like previous reviewer. need to return. Way too big.. return policy states purchaser to cover return shipping. NOWHERE does it mention its in AUSTRIA! Also offered 60% off on replacement. Shoes came from Plainview, NY. Ridiculous. Should have cross checked with Amazon.
