Absolutely saved the day for us!

Dean and Lee were incredible when I approached them with a plea for help. A coach company let us down two days before our event so I was in a complete state of panic.

The Coach Hire People were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to help us source two coaches for our Work Summer Party.

I cannot thank them, or the two lovely drivers, enough for ensuring that our party could go ahead.

We had a 3 day trip to East Grinstead in July 2026. The company provided an excellent mini bus. A large enough boot for all 16 people to have suitcases stored.
The driver arrived on time each day for our visits to places of interest, he was professional at all times. The minibus was air conditioned and very comfortable. We will definetely use them again.

My experience with The Coach Hire Co was truly wonderful from start to finish. Lee was such a joy to work with—warm, caring, and understanding. Their professionalism and service honestly exceeded my expectations. The coach and driver were top-notch, making the entire journey smooth and enjoyable. We recently used The Coach Hire People for a regional conference, supporting our team flying into both LGW and LHR.

Dean was incredibly helpful in arranging all bookings and logistics. We also chose the meet-and-greet option at the airports, which worked brilliantly for such a large group arriving at different times.

Mr He, our driver, was wonderful. Very friendly, professional, and an extremely careful driver.

We had two separate airport drop-offs, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The team also commented on how clean and modern the coach was throughout the journey.

We used this company last minute as our previous company had let us down. Lee and Dean were nothing short of friendly, professional and very swift in their organisation of our requirements. We were given confirmations, emergency numbers and a contact name and number for our driver on the day, who was, I have to say, a very nice man.

They drove 55 of us on a corporate outing from a London Euston Hotel to Ascot and return trip.

Such a professional and punctual service. We were kept upto date on all aspects of the pick up and drop off, leading upto the event and on the day.
