He has generally made us feel like we are his only clients, to the point he was helping us whilst he was on holiday. He has been extremely efficient, and has made us feel at complete ease during a process that we have no experience of. He has answered all of the questions we have and provided us with the information promptly. We will absolutely be recommending Cooper Associates to our friends and family, and hope they get to experience the same as we have so far.
