I have had multiple orders from this company. I cannot tell you how wonderful Michael is to work with and how high quality his bags are. I have quite a beautiful collection of almost every style bag. They are perfect and worth every penny! It takes about a month from order, but well worth the wait. I walked into the H store and all the SA's went crazy over my bag! That is how good they are!

Over three weeks since order and the only thing is email promises and FedEx saying a tracking order was made but has not been delivered to FedEx for shipment since 27 Feb 2026. I will update this when and if bag ever arrives.
