Ordered a Airsence 10 which now I have a problem with. I purchased on 1-3-23 which is still under warranty. I have severe sleep apnea and ordered a replacement CPAP to have on hand while the warranty one is replaced. The weekend call service person was excellent in helping me and UPS is delivering today 3-19-2024 but receptionist was not friendly when I reached back out for the warranty issues and it took a act of God for someone respond back, but when tech support reached out they never responded back with return info for the malfunctioning unit. Reached out and no response. Never again

Horrible Company
Never order from theses joker's. They so say that they can't cancel a order right after it was placed and now they what to change me a restocking fee. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!

I just came back from thecpapshop in West Berlin, NJ. Wow! They are so nice! I bought a side cover for my resmed 10 since I no longer use the chamber. It makes the machine 2 inches shorter. Cost is $19.99 but first time customers get 20% off so it’s $15.99. I also was told since I don’t use the chamber I can use a standard hose that you don’t need to plug in the slot anymore so I got an 8 foot hose for FREE! They are so nice. I highly recommend them.

Purchase a Resmed Travel Mini Travel Case from The CPAP Shop. When it arrived, I noticed it was too small for what I hoped for and kindly requested an RMA to return this item for a refund? Was quickly dismissed and told that this was not applicable for return? It is brand new in the box? The CPAP Shop will not accept this return! Will no longer shop here for my supplies…

Their return policy is limited. I bought a chin strap. I had to open the flimsy plastic bag to try it on. Got itchy from the material. The CPAP won’t accept return since the bag was open. Could have saved my $18 and get a chin strap from Amazon for a half the price and return it if it doesn’t work out.

With reference to this dispute I have furnished you with the information. I received, returned (with their RMA),furnished you with tracking number and tracking informationshowing when the item was returned to them. I still have not received my refund of $83.50 and I want it NOW if not within the next few days, I will have not other choicesbut to supply my information to the BBB for their help in this matter. It addition I will be contacting TRUSTPILOT to give my account of this mishandling.AGILMEDICAL has said that PayPal will have to issue the refund, PayPal has said Citi Bank must issue the refund, AGILMEDICALhas said they okayed the refund so where's my money! I've bought from them twice before, no problems at all. But not this time. I cannot log in, website will not accept my password (same password that has always worked before). After numerous attempts, I reset password. As I fill my cart, one item continually locks up my computer, will not load. OK, forget the cleaning solution. I try to check out, no success. I know the problem isn't my payment info. Repeated error message. OK, maybe it's my computer, I'll try on a second computer in my home. Same issues, items won't load, won't accept my new password that I literally just reset. OK, I guess you don't want my business anymore. Suit yourself, I'll buy elsewhere.

Ordered on October 6, 2022. Heard nothing.
Did a "Chat" on October 11. Agent writes that my order came in after 3:00 p.m. East coast time, so it was counted as coming in on October 7. "We don't process orders over the weekend" the agent wrote.
But, October 7 was a FRIDAY, not a Saturday or Sunday! Yet, I'm told, the processing didn't start until October 10.
It will likely be "processed" by their "sister warehouse" by October 17 the agent writes. This means it might take a month, depending on shipping method, for my $190 order to arrive.

Very diligent and thorough. Refunded me immediately for a machine I ordered by mistake, and the correct machine that I subsequently ordered arrived less than one week later. Excellent customer service. Email frequency could be less, however.

They collect your email address and spam you twice a day with ‘special offers’. No matter how many times I unsubscribed, the spam kept coming. They charge $50 to post a letter sized package international.

I routinely order from The CPAP Shop. But for one of the orders the travel CPAP I ordered never showed up infront of my door. It was ordered in march 2020, with Order Number: 100861713. They did due diligence with UPS and responded to me when I reported this as a fraud transaction to Bank of America. It is already been 20 days, they didn't send me the refund as of 10/26/2020.
