I was concerned with the cost of a CPAP machine from the sleep apnea testing companies but also intimidated by making the choice on my own from a cheaper online source. I need not have worried. The information on The CPAP Store website was both reassuring and easy to understand. The sale prices were excellent so I felt confident in taking the risk of buying a machine and mask that I could set up myself. The delivery by Canada Post was very prompt.

I am writing this the day after my first night of using ResMed equipment and am pleased to report that the results were excellent even though the results took longer than expected to appear in the myAir Canada app.

My order was shipped (and received) very quickly. The customer service was also great! Not only did they match the price of one a bit cheaper that I saw the day after ordering, but they even threw in a free pack of mask wipes with my order :)

Speed of delivery was great, saved over $1200.00 easily as compared to those overpriced medical stores that want you to go thru ohip.

It was very easy to navigate the store and find the machines and CPAP supplies you needed. Placing an order, and paying for it was quick and seamless.

A very friendly woman on the phone advised me about the items I wanted to buy, and the correct sizing. They kept me advised about the shipping of my items. They shipped by Canada Post which was very good because there is less chance of them being left in a public area and subsequently stolen. Also I realized after ordering that I had given the incorrect delivery address. I sent an email immediately and they were able to catch the order in time and change the address. I received it yesterday. Great prices as well. Received items yesterday. Can't recommend them enough.

This is my 4th order from this store. They have the best prices on cpap masks, machine, etc. The delivery was fast and right to door. Also the customer service dept. is really easy to talk to and very understanding of any problems you may have encountered. One time, one of my masks, was not suitable and it was worked out to my satisfaction.

I have purchased several different supplies for my cpap needs online from several different suppliers. But The CPAP STORE is by far the best I have done business with. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting to get great value and the best customer service one could ever expect. I have had sleep apnea now for 20 years so I have to make countless purchases.
I am also on oxygen due to having COPD and recently we had a power outage in the middle of the night that lasted 2 hours so I had no cpap to assist my breathing. I bought a cpap battery from THE CPAP STORE and it was the best purchase I have made. Very good quality battery and easy to use.

Just today, I received a phone call from Becky at THE CPAP STORE and to my surprise and delight Becky told me that the amount of $350 that I paid for my CPAP battery was the regular price, and apparently I did not see the Promotional price of $210. So, Becky gave me a refund of $140 to my credit card. This way I got this great quality battery with all cables and charger included for the fantastic Promotional price of $210.
Now, what other company would ever do this for a customer. Absolutely amazing and deeply appreciated. I could hardly believe how great this company treats their customers.

I've been on CPAP for forty years. This business was recommended by my homecare nurse who also is a CPAP user. The pricing was the best I have encountered. I reside in Hamilton Ontario and my order arrived in 4 days. The ordering process, the price, the product and the fast delivery were all a *5*. I will continue to support this business.

I purchased a full setup for my dreamstation 2, headgear elbow and cushion for a third of the price as my local sleep clinic and it was authentic ResMed airtight no leaks very easy company to deal with will definitely purchase again. In the past I have been buying knock off stuff online to save money and every time I do the elbows leak and I'm not getting a good sleep it is very refreshing to do with this company as they have 100% quality products

Shopping at The CPAP Store has been a great experience for me. I've been relying on them for a couple of years now for various CPAP supplies.

Their prices are a lot lower than some local resellers in Ottawa, sometimes less than half. And they're the exact products from reputable manufacturers. Their catalogue is very complete and I like that they sell other accessories.

I recently purchased a BiLevel CPAP machine from them. And they courteously sent an email before processing the order. They wanted to ensure that I was getting the right type of BiLevel CPAP machine by asking for documentation and confirming the type of machine I needed.

The shipment was fast; they shipped as soon as they got my confirmation. It took two business days to arrive in the mail, which was very quick. Their offices are in Canada, unlike other suppliers that claim to be Canadian but run their business from the US.

My only qualm is that they ship masks in a regular padded envelope rather than a box. These are very fragile. And the postmen tend to just squeeze the parcel into the mailbox, potentially damaging the product.
