Great sale price for the ResMed AirSense 11 CPAP unit that I purchased.
Only negative was they raised the price by $50 between the start of my order and the following day when I completed the purchase.

Product was as indicated on the web site and the delivery was excellent,, order on Monday afternoon on a holiday and received the goods on Thursday morning in Ontario.

Lynn, the person on other end, is very helpful, not sure about right spelling of her name.

The service was awesome. I called before I ordered with a question and once after I received everything and they were so helpful.

I also saved about $1,000 buying here compared to my local CPAP store. I am in Ontario and had my new travel mini within 3 days and I am ready to get traveling!!

I needed a new mask style, as my old one was causing significant irritation on the bridge of my nose, and was releasing air and causing a hissing noise.
I found a new style, read reviews and after ordering I I had it in less than a week.
The new style is giving me a 20 out of 20 on myair score, two nights in a row.
I wish I had know about the new N40 style sooner.

The delivery was excellent. The price was great also.

I'd pushed off getting a CPAP machine for some time as I was 'borderline', but in the first three days I find myself waking easier, no headache, and fewer cups of coffee needed. I'm still struggling with the mask fit a bit but figure it's mostly about getting used to it. I went with the P30i (nasal only), I like that the hose is out of the way and lets me shift in my sleep. The discounts along with coverage under my plan made this feel more accessible, but I think I would go with this without that, now that I know what I know.

The website was really easy to use and the prices were great. I had a question about shipping and spoke with Simon, who was so polite and helpful. He made the process stress free and my order arrived shortly after. I really appreciate the great service!

I ordered a ResMed Cpap machine and nasal mask from The CPAP Store. Both arrived within a week or two. I've set the machine up and am just in the process of getting used to it but everything came well packed and in perfect condition. I could not find any other Cpap stores that beat The CPAP Store pricing. I would highly recommend purchasing Cpap machines and equipment from The CPAP Store.
