Ordered two of the spirit bottles for Christmas, arrived earlier than expected even with the ongoing postal strikes!. One of the bottles was custom designed for a navy veteran, and when it arrived I couldn't have been more delighted with the design. Exactly customer service when I order failed to arrive and appeared that Royal Mail had lost them. They replied straight away to my query. Clare sent me several emails to ensure I was happy with the design before it was sent. I really can't say enough about the excellent service I received - from communication, customization and delivery.
