Very disappointed to learn that after…
Very disappointed to learn that after paying the Internation Delivery options are severely limited and too inflexible for my needs. The website is also slow and too glitchy. When you use a previous listing as a template you can't remove all of the previous photos. I would like my money back!

Hi Rob, Sorry to see you felt the need to give us a 1 star due to our shipping. Did you take a look at the advanced shipping page as it looks like you'd be able to do what you need on there.

We did reply to your email regarding being unable to delete images as we could not duplicate your issues, we were able to delete them fine when logged in as you but didn't get any reply from you after we asked for more information.

I was so impressed with this amazing handmade card. The quality, design and colours were just beautiful.
I asked for something guitar or music related and couldn’t fault Samantha’s choices.
It was made and delivered so quickly too to make sure I received it in time.

Brilliant platform for crafters...
I purchased the gold package membership which was on offer at an amazing price with a coupon code that I entered at checkout and got a year for half price!!!
I am thrilled with my purchase and what a great platform to enable me to have a online shop which will allow customers to shop my Custom handmade cards.
It did take a while for me to navigate, but the support from Thecraftyme is exceptional and I was given lots of guidance through instagram message.

Amazing sellers but website needs some improvement
The site itself was quite slow and I did find the site a little difficult to navigate. An App would be great as it would be easier to shop when using a mobile
The service I received from Inky Toucan was amazing. Very happy with my purchase and will be buying from that shop again

Got an email through to say I have bought something.
This was the annual subscription (although wasn't clear).
I Initially gave a 1 star rating but obviously this should have been 5 star.
Not used this site yet for my 'crafting wares' but hopeful that as it grows I will reap the rewards.
