I am new to card crafting and had never heard of digital downloads for crafts until I seen the crafty Witches on a programme, I purchased my first digital download it appeared straight away for me to download, the content of this was really amazing I did not expect the really high quality to be as good as it was, I have now purchased multiple downloads all excellent quality, the download process is simple to follow and if you get stuck there is help on hand to sort you out, I am so pleased I found the Crafty Witches I have joined as a Coven member where we get a great discount on all purchases and an amount at the beginning of each month free to use against any purchases. I have purchased quite a few collections both direct and from Hobbymaker. Excellent products and great value. The Coven Club is also great and well worth joining. I did have a few issues with my emails not arriving but the problem was a techinical/security issue on my side, which with the assistance of Kevin the Warlock (their IT guru) was resolved. First class customer services.

UPDATE - Company contacted me some time ago and they sorted the problem out. Customer Service excelled themselves.

Purchased digital download on Hobbymaker 14 October 2022 when they were launched. Person representing The Crafty Witches stated that they would get emaill address of everybody purchasing the digital download and sort out the following Monday. As of 31 October I have not heard anything so I rang Hobbymaker. They were most apologetic and said they would look into it as I had purchased from a third party. Not a happy customer. I will be looking to cancel order and get a refund. Even checked Spam folder just in case.
