Excellent Experience with Crown Cellars

I had an outstanding experience ordering from Crown Cellars. The liquor arrived in perfect condition with excellent and secure packaging. What impressed me the most was their exceptional effort to ensure the order was delivered on time—it arrived within just a week.

Their customer service is truly outstanding. They even followed up with me by phone to make sure everything arrived safely and that I was satisfied with my order. That level of care is rare and very much appreciated.

Terrible experience dealing with this business. Shorted me 7 bottles plus one bottle was the wrong kind. They eventually sent me 6 of the 7 bottles they owed me and said they would credit me the 7th. Never did. I give up. There are better places to deal with. Be forewarned if you’re thinking of ordering from this place

Should have listened to the other reviews. Poor communication and WHEN they do, its lies. I was told my items shipped and would be at my house by Monday. 7 days later, i find out they never even shipped it and simply created a ship tracking number just to have something to give me. Ill never do business with them again.

This place is more of a front, a ponzi scheme, instead of a proper business. They sell things on the website they don't have in stock and it takes weeks to process orders, if you speak to them the item is always "at the warehouse" so they shouldn't be selling things they don't have stock for. One of the bottles I did actually get was bad and I had to contact the distillery who kindly hand delivered a new bottle to my home, they said it probably hadn't been stored properly. Give your business elsewhere, I do.

Ordered several times from them. Last time however they missed on item on my order and they are not responding to any of my attempts to contact them. Makes me wonder if they are going bankrupt. I will definitely not order from them ever again!

Ordered a bottle of Kraken from them and it never showed. When I fontacted them they said there had been an inventory error. No refund or bottle showed. They are based in Canada.
