The Culm Valley Kitchen Company Opiniones

Excellent service.

Both Jim (the owner) and Emma went out of their way to ensure the kitchen came together to our expectations.

Nothing was too much trouble. After an initial error, everything was put right without quibble, and to their credit, they even changed the status to ensure the error does not happen again to another customer. What more could you ask for

We cannot recommend this company enough. Thank you both.

We’ve worked with Culm Valley Kitchen Company on a number of our developments and what really sets them apart is the personal service they provide.

They take the time to understand each individual project and what we’re trying to achieve, rather than simply supplying a standard kitchen. There’s a genuine personal touch throughout the whole process, from the initial ideas and design through to specification and supply, and nothing ever feels like too much trouble.

For us, building high-end homes is all about the detail, and it’s important to work with local businesses who care as much about the finished result as we do. Culm Valley certainly do.

Great people, excellent kitchens and a genuinely personal service. We’re very happy to work with them and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Culm Valley Kitchens, you were excellent!!

I’ve had the pleasure of working with The Culm Valley Kitchen Company across multiple projects over the past year, and I can confidently say they are one of the best in the area.

As an interior designer, I rely heavily on partners who not only deliver high-quality work but also understand the importance of deadlines and attention to detail.

Lucy the designer has a great eye for aesthetics and really listens to me as a designer. Lucy respects my ideas and input and will tell me if my design ideas are practical or not! This is a great quality and helps us work as a team, pulling in the same direction to deliver dream kitchens for homeowners.

James, the owner is exceptional. His hands-on approach, technical expertise, and commitment to getting everything just right makes a huge difference on site - which doesn't go unnoticed by my clients.

Together, they make an outstanding team. Their communication, reliability, and craftsmanship are second to none. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to clients and I look forward to working with them on future projects.

We recently ordered our kitchen from The Culm Valley Kitchen Company and couldn’t be happier with the experience from start to finish.

Emma was absolutely amazing. She really took the time to understand what we wanted and helped us design the perfect kitchen for our space. Her attention to detail and advice made the whole process feel easy and enjoyable.

The kitchen arrived on time, exactly as promised, and the delivery team were friendly and professional, which made a great first impression.

My partner installed the kitchen himself using the instructions provided by Culm Valley. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into making the installation process as smooth as possible.

The quality of the kitchen is exactly what we were hoping for, and the finished result looks beautiful. We’re genuinely delighted with how it’s turned out.

We would definitely recommend The Culm Valley Kitchen Company to anyone looking for a high-quality kitchen and great customer service.

Great customer service. Fan kitchen and the pricing was sensible. Can’t recommend enough

I can highly recommend Culm Valley Kitchens. From start to finish they have been excellent. Lucy guided us through the design process with her obvious knowledge and experience and never made us feel under pressure. Everyone was very friendly and we immediately felt at ease. There was an extensive choice of kitchen style, design and colours. The fitters went above and beyond their remit and the finish is excellent as is the quality of the kitchen. Communication was maintained throughout and it was very easy to pick up the phone and speak to someone if we had any questions. If you are looking to replace your kitchen, Culm Valley Kitchens are the people to go to.

Supporting Local Excellence – A Kitchen Transformation Worth Sharing I recently had the pleasure of working with James from The Culm Valley Kitchen Company Ltd and I’m genuinely blown away by the experience—from initial planning to final delivery.

Exceptional service: Every step was handled with care, professionalism, and a personal touch that’s hard to find.

Superior craftsmanship: The kitchen arrived fully preassembled (including doors!), making installation smooth and efficient for my fitter.

Outstanding communication: I was kept informed throughout, and no request was ever too much trouble.

Incredible value: The quality and service rivalled—and in many ways exceeded—what you’d expect from the big-name providers, at a much more competitive price.

If you're considering a purchasing a new kitchen, I highly recommend looking beyond the mainstream. Supporting local doesn’t mean compromising—it can mean discovering something so much better.

James and Emma were extremely helpful in guiding me to choose my kitchen, from the design to the choice of units, appliances and work surfaces. The quality of goods offered was very good and wide ranging enough to suit all budgets.

The follow up after purchase was commendable and unique to this company

I would highly recommend them to anyone considering purchasing a new kitchen.

I'm not one for writing reviews in general due to the fact I'm a grumpy old git and having been self employed for nearly 40 years I tend to look for ways a company can improve rather than what they've done for me at the time!!! ( a horrible trait) However, James and his team are brilliant! I stumbled across them via a friend as I needed a kitchen quickly and at a sensible price to install in our property that was going on the market. They did not disappoint, a fantastic service from start to finish, design, price, lead times and delivery all brilliant. We had a damaged door, replaced in 4 hours!!!
We have subsequently used them in our new property, in the property we are currently constructing as well as having no hesitation in recommending them to our clients and friends, Well done all keep it up.

I was hesitant to contact Culm Valley Kitchens initially because I had assumed a local kitchen company would offer a great service but at a premium. I was wrong. They offered an amazing service at a very reasonable price!

From the outset I felt in safe hands. The team know what they are doing and offered the perfect level of choice while getting to know what I liked and guiding me in the right direction. And with 20+ years of experience in kitchens, while they cater for every price tag, their kitchens feel the very best for that price tag. No price tiers for drawers that run smoother, or cupboards that look good on the outside but flimsy on the inside - just solid products that feel like they will last.

To keep costs down I chose to fit the kitchen myself. The excellent service I received ordering my kitchen extended as I fitted it. James came to site to offer guidance, and was at the end of the phone whenever needed. His expertise was so valuable and very reassuring.

The finished result is my perfect kitchen. And I achieved it at a price that no big brand kitchen company could match.

My experience with Culm Valley Kitchens was genuinely the best customer service experience I have had in many many years. They are a team of knowledgeable people who want their customers to receive their perfect kitchen. And they will work closely with you to make sure that happens. I cannot recommend Culm Valley Kitchens enough. If you are looking for a new kitchen, they are the people to speak to.

the designer was very grounded and practical and listened accurately. The outcome was exactly as we visualised it. very good quality cabinets and other materials .The installers were very caring and respectful of my wife's needs and they produced a good quality result .This included rewiring plumbing plastering and flooring.I would highly recommend CULM VALLEY KITCHEN COMPANY without a moments hesitation

We recently moved house and wanted to update the kitchen. A friend recommended James at Culm Valley Kitchen Company and so we gave him a call. James came out to see us and really took time to understand what kind of thing we were looking for. He made really helpful suggestions based on how we like to use our kitchen. He took lots of measurements and within a day or so had sent us a mock-up of how our new kitchen could look. We were able to go to the showroom to look at cupboard door colours and work surfaces. Once we had placed our order James kept us informed all the way along. We were really impressed with how quickly the units arrived. Now our kitchen is in we absolutely love it! The quality and attention to detail are superb. We can't recommend Culm Valley Kitchen Company highly enough. James and all of the staff at the showroom are really friendly and very professional and we have a kitchen we love and are extremely proud of!

Wealth of experience and help from the team, well made product at competitive prices, with a nice range to choose from.

Amazing - 5* cannot recommend highly enough.
From start to finish Jim was informative and honest with his opinions. Nothing was ever too much trouble. It is our first home and first kitchen to design so quite daunting for anyone but Jim made us feel very at ease with all the decisions that needed to be made. The quality of the kitchen and attention to detail is beautiful. The ongoing communication through the process and after care has been fantastic. I only had contact with Jim and Emma but they were both great. Everyone who has seen the kitchen loves it just as much as us. Thank you so much again for everything.

Absolutely first class company! If you need a new kitchen, do not hesitate to call!

Jim and the team are relentless is getting the highest standards! A pleasure to work with
