Loved working with Justin. He was amazing and he worked with me to ensure my boxes came out exactly how I wanted them.

I had some custom boxes made by The Customize Box, and Justin was so helpful and communicative with me throughout the whole process, and we loved the final result. Will definitely keep this place in my back pocket for any future projects. 10/10!!

Had a great experience! Austin Colton was my rep and got me what I was looking for and helped all along the way. I was very particular about the quality and making sure my colors and everything came out as I envisioned. Their design team was able to take my files and properly get everything from computer to print. I also did a custom box so it was extra difficult but we got it done! Communication, professionalism, and the pricing was fair. I compared many and i'm glad I went with these guys.

We recently had a customer looking for custom chocolate boxes, and Austin Colton was amazing throughout the entire process. He provided everything we needed to get the order moving quickly and even secured competitive pricing for our customer. When the boxes arrived, our customer loved them! The gold-foil finish was great, the packaging was excellent, and their chocolate bars fit perfectly. The order even arrived earlier than expected. Overall, Austin made this experience incredibly smooth, and we truly appreciate his outstanding service.

Highly recommend using The Customize Boxes. Excellent customer service and communication through the whole process, and incredible final product.

I contacted numerous potential suppliers about a custom box order with very specific parameters. I am happy I decided to go with The Customize Boxes. They were very responsive and helpful, especially Austin Colton. Would recommend and reorder.

Communication and responsiveness was great. Boxes arrived in the given timeline and were nice quality. I would recommend this company and do plan to use them again.

Appreciate the customer service!

We had a wonderful experience working with Justin and the Customize Boxes team to create elevated seeding kits for our brand. Justin is extremely communicative, fast and easy to work with, and the final product was gorgeous! They are great quality, and exceeded our expectations. In fact, we've already started working on another project with them!

Great experience, it being my first time ordering custom boxes. Austin made the process smooth & seamless by impressively handling all of my mind changes with last minute correction & the order made to me before needed date. They’re my new go to!

This is the best custom box company I have found to use for my business. Three months ago I started searching online for a custom luxury box company with good customer service! After buying several sample boxes from other companies that did not quite my needs I met Dominic from The Customize Box company and he worked through exactly what I needed to create the perfect product box for my business. I would highly recommend using this company!

The Customize Boxes was the only company that responded to me quickly. Dominic guided me through the process, was easy to reach, and wasn’t afraid to pick up the phone when needed. We opted for flex shipping and received our boxes on time, and we loved them. They were easy to put together and good quality. They also worked with a dieline we already had, which was incredibly helpful.

Excellent experience with Justin! I had a tight deadline for a client, and our orders came out perfectly. Justin has great communication, provided custom templates, and brought our vision to life. Will definitely be using The Customize Boxes again in the future.

What a great experience I had working with Dominic. I had a very tight deadline for a clients order and he made sure that the boxes were manufactured and shipped on time.

Great product and customer service! The product quality is excellent. I had the pleasure of working with Austin Colton as my CSR. Austin is attentive and professional. He provided exceptional support with my order. I look forward to working with him again.

Justin & his team were FANTASTIC to work with!

From our first call all the way through production, they were extremely thorough, communicative, & professional. Prior to finding The Customize Boxes, we had samples made by several companies, though none were at the level of quality we were looking for.

That is, until we met Justin & the team, who created something truly polished & unique for us. They were also able to make a 3D mock up prior to creating the samples to give us peace of mind & the opportunity to communicate any design changes (whereas many other companies insisted on printing without a full mock up design).

The team created a custom 2-piece tin (with embossing), a set of custom cards for us, and airtight plastic wrapped both.

The coordination was seamless & Justin was/is incredibly responsive. We always have felt supported & understood by the team - who gave us great feedback on our design as well. The product is high quality & turned out even better than we had expected - we will be placing another order very soon!

Thank you to Justin & his team for being great partners!

If you are wondering whether to move forward with The Customize Boxes - this is your sign to go for it. You’ll be very happy you did.
