After visiting their website, I reached out to them and found them very professional. A team of three people connected with me throughout the project and kept me well-informed about the process and all approvals needed from my side. I found them incredibly professional. Thanks to the Designocracy team.

Don't do it. They may be good at designing web sites, but if you ask them to do updates, revisions, or work after the fact, they will not discuss quotes upfront, and charge you ridiculous rates. If you push back on their practices or their rates, they will use high pressure sales tactics and threats to try to get you to pay. They say they are based in Delaware, but they are all overseas. Language is a major issue.

Our website was hacked, and it would not have been had designocracy on their work properly.

I hired Designocracy to create a logo for a new business I was starting. I am very particular, because a logo is the first impression a customer will see that represents your business. The logo had to be very professional looking and reflect exactly what the business is. I worked with an extremely talented designer named Jacob; he was awesome! He had me complete a form asking questions about the business before designing the logo, so that he would have an idea of what it should look like. He created an incredible logo!!! I was very pleased with the logo design. He was great to work with and very prompt in his communications. This was all done by text and email communications, as we live in different states. I plan to use Desigocracy for future media needs for my business. Highly recommend Jacob and Designocracy.

We have interviewed and pilot tested over eight different companies, before deciding to work exclusively with Designocracy. They have been responsive, proven themselves competent and have, in my opinion, gone the extra mile to make sure we are getting what we need and want, and even go above and beyond, being patient and in suggesting changes and/or enhancements that we never thought to ask for or expected. Great Team to work with!

We had reservations about converting a 180-page website and CMS tool, complete with user guides, to WordPress with a company 7 time zones earlier and English as a second language. But Ali and his team removed any concerns. Over nine months, we had regular convenient Teams status meetings with little communication issues. Ali demonstrated extreme patience, provided quick turnaround of revisions, and made excellent recommendations for efficient QA testing and transfer of the active legacy website content to the new WP site. Designocracy is an excellent value, too!

I was pleasantly surprised how thorough and honest Designocracy and the team here is from start to finish. I recommend this company to anyone just starting out a business. If you give them the text and layout, they will do it as you want it. Ali is the man and I could not be more happy working with him. I worked with Travis C. He is very good. In fact, it was kind of an emergency situation as our website was completely messed up by our host and we had someone else lined up supposedly to do a redesign, and they simply couldn’t accomplish the task. Travis did it well, and quickly, and we have a big site with a lot of detail.

I worked with Andy through Facebook. I needed a simple logo design quickly and he was very helpful. His team and he got my logo to me in under 1 business day.

Andy did an amazing job on working with me and what I was looking for as well as changing some minor details in my logo on the fly.

I was very hopeful with this company. Emma was pretty good at keeping this project going (I needed it). She helped get meetings set up so I could talk to the designers. I didn't realize all the work I would have to do when it came to the content. However, after I would turn in my content to be added to the webpages, I just assumed that editing and proofreading would be a part of the process. It wasn't, so I repeatedly had to review the website multiple times and sending it back for corrections on wording, layout and design. It seems as though our project was more of a copy and paste set up, with no real input from the designer. I could have asked them to put in a paragraph that made no sense and they wouldn't have questioned it. All and all I probably could have gotten the website done cheaper, but I mostly paid for the convenience of having someone else do it. I am pretty satisfied with the final product. But there it definitely doesn't look like there was any coding done, maybe one small detail.
Thanks to Andy, he was my hero in all of this! He did everything to make sure our website went live.
They can be pushy at times when it came to payment of an invoice (that was just sent out within hours), which had me a bit apprehensive about if I chose a legit company...lol

Love the final product. I found some of the communications a bit pushy. They fixed all issues and did all the work within the scope of our agreement. When they have a brand kit to work with, they deliver something unique and beautiful. There were a few things I asked them to fix that was not done I.e. logo changes, remove the edits made to my photos etc. overall good job on my site

Jacob from Designocracy did an amazing job understanding what I needed for my website. He shared his ideas with me to make my product easy to understand and function effectively- demonstrating a high level of care and professionalism. His team would make any changes I needed very promptly and the end result is a wonderful website that I am able to make changes to when needed. I highly recommend Designocracy.

Disappointed with the communication and the attention to detail.

They did deliver an updated site, but the first iteration had zero creative design. In fact one page was simply the copy I provided, pasted onto the page. I had to chase them EVERY step of the way. It was exhausting.

My main request was that the site load speed be improved, but the final site is now slower to load than when we started!

I gave up on chasing them and just hired another freelancer to clean it up.

I’m going to be completely straight up. I got referred to him and this man has been by far the best I’ve worked with for getting logos. I’ve had 2 logos done with him and he’s super professional, has great communication, great skills, he’s passionate about what he does and that tells a lot about how he works… if you’re not sure something, he fixes it and doesn’t complain. Dude is the real deal and I’ll recommend him to anyone, he’s got my business from here on

Travis took over editing my website after I was having a difficult time with someone else. His communication is great, and he always did the edits in a very timely manner. I loved working with him so much he's now designing my coded email signature for me. Travis at Designocracy is my go to guy from now on!
