We are so pleased that we have found someone as pleasant and efficient as Richard to do some work for us and we will definitely ask him next time we need something doing. Couldn't be nicer and more efficient.

Richard fitted my new bathroom and did a fantastic job. His work is excellent and he goes to a lot of trouble to make sure that everything is done to a very high standard. I am really pleased with the finished bathroom and highly recommend Richard.

Richard has done a number of plumbing jobs for me and every time the quality of work has been excellent. The most recent job was the replacement of a cold water tank in my loft. This was done very efficiently and at a reasonable price. Communication with Richard is good and he always takes the time to explain how best to resolve any issues. I would definitely recommend Richard to anyone who is looking for a reliable plumber who provides a 1st class service.

Rich, the Devon Plumber, responded quickly to my voicemail and offered an appointment that week. He arrived promptly, and fitted the new kitchen taps quickly. I asked him to look at a stiff bathroom tap, and he gave me the option of a repair or to fit a new one. All done within an hour and a half and a very reasonable bill a few days after. I found Rich to be friendly, professional and really helpful, and would definitely recommend him and use him again.

We’ve had Richard do a few jobs now and each has been done in a wonderfully skilled fashion - toilet replacements, floor and wall tiling, and kitchen sink replacement. We won’t hesitate to use again.

Richard has come out a couple of times to us now and I think he’s brilliant. Excellent problem solver and finished both jobs quickly too. It’s hard to come by a good plumber but I can’t recommend highly enough.

Chose Richard on recommendation. On visiting to quote he gave very helpful advice and the work done to replace a very old toilet and install a basin from scratch was very professionally done. We’ll definitely be using him again.

Richard recently refitted our downstairs cloakroom etc . We were delighted with the results. He was very good at discussing layout of tiles etc and was great at tidying/cleaning up at the end of the day. Would definitely seek his help with any future projects'.

Richard came and fitted a new gas combi boiler, to replace the old one that was nearly 16 years old and beyond economical repair. As always, we received great communication and first class workmanship. Everything was completed without fuss and to a very good price. When finished, he cleaned up, showed me how to use the new controller and it's all working perfectly. Would highly recommend The Devon Plumber and will definitely use again.

Richard is 1st class. His attention to detail is 2nd to none. He is clean, tidy and methodical in his work and just takes everything in his stride. He has just completed a revamp in a bathroom, cloakroom and ensuite, and the quality of his work is totally faultless. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Richard replaced our boiler, all pipe work and radiators… and then fitted a bathroom for us! Friendly, great communication about the job and a consummate professional. Richard minimised disruption and kept the house really tidy, despite knocking a wall down in the bathroom. His work is of the highest quality, and he pushes the definition of perfection. Thoroughly recommend him, and we will be using his services for our next renovation task.

We would highly recommend Richard. He fixed our heating after one of our radiators had fallen off the wall causing a leak. The leak was in an awkward place but he managed to fix it with no fuss. The price was very good and Richard is very trustworthy. I would definitely use him again in the future.
