I am starting a small business that needs a way for customers to choose their pick-up location and date/time on our website. This free plugin is everything I needed! It allowed me to offer several pick up locations, custom pick up time slots, a calendar where customers can choose the date and time, an option to offer free delivery/shipping if the customer's order reaches a certain minimum per tax. Other plugins were much more limited (e.g., only one pickup location) or cost hundreds of dollars every year. Honestly, this plugin saved me a lot of money and hassle.

Customer service is great as well! I had trouble setting up the plugin and almost gave up on it. After reaching out to customer service by email, I received a response from Bhavesh in the same day. He was able to resolve the set-up issue.

Downloaded the free version of a plugin and somehow got charged for the premium version without agreeing to a free trial or anything. They charged us on thanksgiving day for a plugin we don't use. We also have no idea how they got our payment information as we are a very small company, and we are 100% sure that none of us entered our card information. Also, please read over their refund policy: there terms and conditions basically only allow for refunds if you find a Technical issue with their product despite advertising a "no questions asked, 14 money back guarantee". Scum of the Earth Business to deal with. Look up the company they charge through (freemius) and you'll see the same thing.

I had an issue with a license key not activating properly. Although I had to wait a few hours for support to come online, once they did, the response was fast and helpful across both email and chat. My issue was resolved quickly and successfully. While the agent didn’t go into detail about the cause, the speed and professionalism of the resolution gave me confidence in their support team. Overall, a very positive experience... quick, reliable, and effective support when I needed it.

Nice plugin and customer support

I bought their Digital Goods for WooCommerce Checkout. Then I sent a support ticket and wait for 4 days and they asked me to provide the login details. Then I provided and wait for 6 days without any reply.
Then I asked for a refund, they said they answered me and recorded a video say the plugin works on their demo site which is not what I asked for the support.
Then I capture the screenshot showing that they haven't replied yet and record a video showing the issue I have (which I told them in the first ticket).
Then they haven't replied to me yet for 10 days which is out of the refund period.
This is a SCAM and people should stay away from them.
