I would highly recommend buying from Clare - her knowledge of the bags is fantastic. The bag arrived exactly as described and the customer service is top notch. If you are thinking of purchasing as pre loved designer bag don’t look anywhere else - the Dream Bag Co are the only place to use!

Dream bag and dream service!
I have been looking for one particular bag for ages and saw it on an Instagram ad. I was a bit uncertain about using a company I hadn't heard of before so reached out to ask (lots of) questions. The Dream Bag Co couldn't have been more open and informative in response to my questions.
Clare was so lovely and reassuring and even highlighted a promotional offer. My bag was delivered very quickly after purchase and I absolutely love it.
