I ordered June 18

I ordered June 18, but until now, when I tracked my shipment, it shows that it has not been shipped yet even after 10 days, they are in Europe and I am only in UAE, how long would it take to deliver this items? I paid 500+ Dirhams for this. Please can someone from the team reach out to me.

After checking your order, we noticed that a phone number was missing, which unfortunately delayed the shipment process. We previously sent you a message requesting this information so that the carrier could proceed with the delivery.
Our standard delivery time is typically 5–15 business days, but in this case, the missing phone number has unfortunately caused the shipment to be held up.
As soon as you send us your phone number, we'll make sure it's forwarded to the courier so your order can continue on its way as quickly as possible.

Honestly I expected more because of the…

Honestly I expected more because of the hype online... It’s not bad at all, skin feels soft after treatments and makeup applies nicer now But if you have real acne scarring don’t expect miracle results in 2-3 uses.

We completely agree that acne scars, especially deeper ones, typically don't improve dramatically after just 2–3 treatments. That's why we always encourage customers to think in terms of months rather than weeks when it comes to collagen remodeling and scar improvement.

Good but not life changing for me

Good but not life changing for me. The Texture is improved but not the actual acne scars... anyway positive!
