The E-Cig Shop Opiniones

Top class staff selling top class goods. Always a friendly and approachable attitude. Won't use anywhere else.

I have been going to these guys for years, started at their old shop and followed them to their current unit. They have always been the friendliest, most welcoming and reliable vape business. The staff are really approachable, incredibly knowledgeable and never pushy. They have such patience, which given my complete indecisiveness I truly appreciate. When the pandemic hit, they went out of their way to make it as easy as possible for people to still be able to get their vape products which was so welcome.. one less stress in a stressful time. I can't praise Ryan and the team enough. Absolutely worth a visit, you will not regret it.

I have been using The Ecig Shop for my number one go to supplier of flavouring concentrates for almost seven years now.
They are a very reliable company to do business with. They always have a huge array of products in stock and all transactions are turned around very quickly.
They are always well priced. The cheapest that I am in fact aware of.
I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to start mixing their own E-liquid.

Always respectful the staff always give t he best advice and try have a laugh with you

I wouldn't buy my liquid from anywhere else. Super fast delivery and Great reward points scheme for discounts.

I have used the e cig shop many times over about the last 5 or 6 years they have an excellent stock, fast delivery's and on the one occasion when I mucked up an online order I called them up to rectify my mistake and they had already done it! Efficiency you almost never see these days can't recommend highly enough.

the guys at the ecig shop, have amazing knowledge on everything to do with vaping, they are very friendly as well with no attitude.

I don’t go any other shop, friendly and honest and very knowledgable on the products they sell..10 out of 10

Super fast delivery and friendly staff, cheers guys!

It's hardly headline news for me to say that the ecig shop have long been an industry standard and long may they continue. The customer service is exemplary and the way they deal with situations should be how all other shops and retailers aspire to be. I've been a customer for a number of years now and the ONLY reason I ever go anywhere else is if they don't stock a product that I need (which is rare)
The prices are very competitive and the vast selection of products is incredible.
Keep up the good work guys, you are absolutely my first and last choice and long may you reign.

Made my first order late on 25th Oct 2021 & received it promptly on 27th Oct.
Parcel was very well packaged & included a nice free surprise which was most welcome. Prices were very competitive & choice huge.

Since the arrival of my order I have only had time to test out a couple of the flavour concetrates but they are WAY better than my previous supplier in that I can actually taste the flavours. I'm so happy as it's actually been 7 years of using bland flavours or no taste at all until finally finding someone who supplies concentrates that actually taste as they are described, at the recommended % too.

Batteries supplied are perfect, mine were getting a little tired so these new ones are night & day in comparison - and a decent price in the current market to boot.

To cap it all, Ryan has been really welcoming from the few interactions I had with him regarding setting up their Trustpilot page.

I'm a happy chappy, and hope this supplier flourishes as they are a breath of fresh air - like my new fruity menthol vape! ;o)

Fantastic shop, filled to the brim with everything you need. Amazing, friendly and very informative staff 5☆

Always good service and quick delivery. They cover both mine and my wife's vaping needs whether it be DIY, shortfil, nic salts, coils or hardware.
