Extremely helpful and Knowledgable
Extremely helpful, with getting the correct parts ordered for my needs ensuring the gate was safe and ticked all my requirements. Technical support (Joel) was second to none, helping me with every query I had. I can't recommend them enough!

Joel is a great technical adviser - very patient!
Joel is a great adviser - very patient! Even when it turned out my problem was operator error: the gate kept opening and shutting; didn't matter what I did - switched it on and off etc, before turning to technical support. Turned out the Christmas wreath I put on the gate was breaking the beam.

Mini gate fobs
I was looking for some specific mini gate fobs and called the company to check they were in stock before placing my online order. I then received a call the following morning from the company advising they only had 1 one of the mini gate fobs in stock, but they had slightly larger ones of the same model which should work in the same way. I went for these and the items were delivered next day. Great service. Thanks!

Excellent friendly, accessible service!! Ordered 2 new remotes for gates - delivered almost next day. Found them a bit tricky to clone but within 5 mins of calling them I had them cloned!! Very impressed....thank you!

Very good service, ordered the parts I needed for a customer and they arrived the next day. Great customer service and technical help. Very helpful sales team, when I gave them the information I had they were quick to find what I needed and gave me a great price!

We’ve since started using them for the Roger Technology brand for our powered gate installations. They are very knowledgeable about their products and always have time for you. Great service guys!
