Excellent all round experience

I ordered the radiator with ease and it was delivered very shortly afterwards. The heater looks great and works brilliantly, adding that bit of extra heat to my dad's bedroom when he needs it. The price was great too... and the fact that you're asking for customer feedback gives me more cobdifence in your company overall. I've bought several products from you before, and wont hesitate to return. Fabulous all round service.

Proactive customer support but not the product I wanted

I was contacted by Sarah to let me know that the radiator I had ordered was actually out of stock, even though it was shown as available on the website. She was very apologetic and provided a list of alternative options at similar or lower prices, which I appreciated.

I chose one of the alternatives because the estimated time for my preferred model to be back in stock was very uncertain and our bathroom was already being refurbished. The replacement radiator arrived in good time and it looks fine. However, I am disappointed that it was not the model I originally wanted. The design of the alternative makes it difficult to hang towels properly on the rails, which was an important feature for me.

Electric Radiators experience

I ordered 4 electric radiators from this company, from the start of the order which was such a good price, I was kept informed at all times. 2 of the heaters were out if stock but I was given a date when they would be available. They arrived exactly when they said. Sarah, who was my main contact, was really good at keeping me informed. I would use again.

Quick Resolution

It was disappointing to hear that the product I had ordered had become unavailable but Sarah in the procurement team went out of her way to source another suitable product, adjust the price, and ensure it was delivered immediately. The radiator was installed by my electrician and it looks good, and works very efficiently.
