We had used Gary and his team some 10 years ago now for our fitted kitchen downstairs toilet and en-suite including all tiling all have stood the test of time .
We Had no hesitation in using the factory outlet again for our recent bathroom renovation yet again they have exceeded all expectations.

When choosing a big project like a bathroom refit i put in the research. The reason i chose The Factory Outlet was because they were recommended by two friends and i also read their reviews here, where everyone spoke highly of them. They have just finished our bathroom and i would strongly advise look no further. I am so delighted with the finished product, so professional and looks amazing. I have to commend all from first dealings with Gary and Nichola. Then Alex, Victor trojan workers and finally Constantine who carried out the final touches. Amazing people who carry out their work to a very high standard at a reasonable price. I have no hesitation in saying look no further you have found a gem.

I cannot recommend The Factory high enough. We received such high quality, ethical and beautiful products. The team were a delight to work with and pricing was very reasonable.

I recently decided we need new bathrooms so I closed my eyes and stabbed a paper list of Dublin suppliers and ended up with The Factory Outlet in Clondalkin which is miles away from where I live! What a stroke of luck as this company proved to be totally professional, extremely competitively priced, and 100% reliable. Small problems rectified without question and for me, giving my business to a family run supplier meant I was a valued personal customer instead of just a number.

This is how a business should be run. From start to finish, highly professional staff (from first point of contact Gary) that listens to their customers. We recently had a bathroom renovation completed and it was an incredible experience. Val and Niko are two highly skilled craftsmen that worked tirelessly on the job and it is a beautiful professional finish. Renovating the bathroom was made very easy from start to finish by all who work at The Factory Outlet from initial consultation on design with Gary, hardworking and highly skilled Niko and colleagues on site and friendly helpful communications with Nicola in the office. There was a delay of a couple of days with delivery of the basin unit as the one I chose was coming from England - however, as we all know, Brexit has caused delays in deliveries in all sorts of goods, so this was not the fault of the Outlet. The bathroom looks absolutely lovely- a very high standard of work and quick removal of the skip. TFO team takes pride in their work. Highly recommended in every way.

recently had the pleasure of working with Factory Outlet in Clondalkin for a complete renovation of three bathrooms in my home, and I cannot praise them enough. From the very beginning, Nicola and the team impressed me with their professionalism, clarity, and commitment. The company carried out our bathroom renovation in the last week of January. From start to finish I have to compliment them on how they liaised with us, planned the project and explained in great detail of what was going to happen and how it would look. Gary provided us at the start with an onsite survey, listened to what we wanted and really delivered. Within hours of the onsite survey he sent us a detailed image of what the bathroom would look like. This allowed us to see how the finished product would look like which is a very impressive and unique service. Gary was also so helpful and pleasant when we visited the showroom and aided us so greaatly in choosing the right bathroom for us.I have to also really compliment the workmanship which was to the highest standard. Valentino cleared the site with no fuss, cleaning up as he went. His workmanship in forming the whole bathroom from plumbing, to installing a new ceiling , to laying tiles was absolutely brilliant and to the very highest standards. I would also like to thank Nicola also for dealing with us so efficiently and professionally and making the whole experience effortless for us. I would highly recommend The Factory Outlet to anyone out there considering a new bathroom or kitchen and they will be my first port of call if any alterations need to be made in these areas over the next while.

We have just had the entire bathroom redone with Factory outlet. From start to finish the Team were extremely professional and helpful. Gary helped us choose the most appropriate items for our needs and then Nikolai made it all happen, a wonderfully skilled worker. Tara and Nicola in the office also made the admin side go smoothly from arranging first appt too final payment. I would very happily recommend this company.

We are absolutely delighted with our new bathrooms. We had a new bathroom and ensuite fitted by The Factory Outlet. From start to finish it was a great experience. Gary in the showroom was so helpful, gave use great advice choosing our tiles etc. Two very skilled guys arrived Monday morning and were finished Friday evening. Everything was finished to a very high standard. Guys fitting the bathrooms were very polite and very tidy each day, cleaned the place up so well on the final day. Nicola in the showroom was always at the end of the phone with any queries we had. We can find no fault in our bathrooms, we are very happy with the end result. We couldn't recommend The Factory Outlet highly enough. We'll be back to get our new kitchen fitted in a few weeks.

Gary in the shop was helpful during the initial assessment & when finalizing pieces in the shop. However, there were mix ups on site with holes being drilled in the wrong places & not being filled in again. The work took longer than expected due to items not being delivered with poor communication on when they would arrive. We didn't have a bathroom sink for 2 weeks. The bathroom is nice but were disappointed with the overall customer experience.

A great experience. We had two bathrooms completed replaced in 5.5 days. The guys were professional, friendly and easy to deal with. They cleaned up each evening and made sure anything left was cleared into the skip when they finished up. They spent some time going through how to use the new showers, baths etc. We will be returning here for our kitchen in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

The guys arrived on Monday morning to replace two bathrooms and left on Friday afternoon. Their work was exemplary. The main bathroom and en-suite were finished to the highest level. We are delighted with the outcome. Very professional, efficient and cleaned up when finished. They left the house meticulously clean afterwards. Cannot praise them enough. Have used the factory outlet now for a bathroom, a WC and a Kitchen. Their work is incredible and top quality. From initial consultation to final fit everything is completely customer centric. The quality products and finishing touches and expert craftsmen mean you get a superb final product.
