Falcon is a SCAM
Falcon is a SCAM! They took $155 from my bank account and have yet to deliver any terminals that work after six weeks of waiting. Muhammad Zain has provided the worst customer service ever. He usually doesn't respond for "personal reasons" and when he does respond...his excuse is always "human error". DO NOT RENT A POS FROM FALCON!!!

Highly recommend. Aman from sales and Mustafa from operations helped me out and provide me 3 wireless hand held portable debit machines for my cab company.
Great price . Excellent customer service and they both are A1 in their respective fields.

Falcon POS offers a complete solution. AT my restaurant they have provided me with Clover Duo Station, Samsung Kiosk, Clover KDS, and other accessories as well and Ahmed from Falcon has been incredibly helpful. He's kind and knows his stuff when it comes to Clover.

I have a restaurant business in kamloops. few months before we got clover pos system from felcon pos.In the beginning they told me that they supported all kind of support and if we're not satisfied about it than we're able to cancel agreement anytime but right now they want cancelation fees $4000. Be careful about this type of company. Until today I don't get any requests to cancel agreement and return equipment. 😒
