So… at the end of 2020 we decided to upgrade our tent. Russell from TFTS had posted some special offers on new tents, so took him up on it. Now due to Covid, Chinese New Year and a host of other issues, the tent was delayed by months. During this time TFTS made regular contact and offered a refund etc. Finally the tent arrived in the UK and here begins the next tale of woe. My tent went missing. Jo from TFTS bust a gut sorting it out for me and kept in daily contact. Service was spot on and I have gone on to order a number of other items that arrived promptly. The service from the TFTS is 10/10 and I would recommend them wholeheartedly

Excellent service. I placed an online query about melamine dinner set items I was looking for, which were out of stock in a lot of places. The staff member responding was very helpful and friendly, stock number was checked and items were held while I placed my online order for delivery. Items arrived promptly and were well packaged. Would definitely recommend.

Very impressed. Found some Outwell folding chairs that were either sold out or more expensive at larger camping/outdoor outlets. Also, postage was free with the item arriving the next day.

After sales care seemed good until someone called Russell started to reply. His attitude came across as very unprofessional and abruptly rude. Due to this weak link I will not be a returning customer. I would not want to deal with Russell again as he comes across as an after sales problem.

Excellent service, ordered with ease, arrived in a few days. Only slight issue with delivery driver who dropped the box (literary) at the end of the driveway and would not assist us with moving it. Luckily was packaged so well that nothing was damaged.. Barbecue looks excellent and of good quality.
