I love FashionPass! At the stage in my life I’m in, weddings and bachelorette parties are happening all the time. FashionPass has been the best thing to find outfits for these events. It’s cost effective, and their rentals are all so cute and great quality. I have never had any issues with the items I receive, the shipping is so quick, and the returning of items is effortless. Such a great site!

Fashionpass has been my savior since I started using Jan 2022. It’s got me covered for every event, no matter how big or small: black tie weddings, work events, bachelorette parties, hiking volcanos, or even just walking my dog. I have rented formal gowns, jeans, jumpsuits, sunglasses, bralettes, pajamas, etc. Its turned me on to so many brands I love but would never have found (and frankly wouldn’t have paid for because they’re not cheap). Clothes quality is great, huge variety, super easy to drop off and pick new items, and gets delivered right to your door. They dry clean them so you just wear and send back - could not be more simple. Well worth every penny in my opinion. And also love that the other members review the clothes with pictures and includes their measurements so I have a good idea of what size I need and if I’ll like it. **bonus: If you do leave a review, you earn credits back to your account!

ONLY thing I would improve on is they should really have an app!

Where to even begin?? The list of things I love about FashionPass is long - from the trendy vacation clothes, to the fun bachelorette outfits, the cutest bridal & baby shower dresses, the comfiest yoga outfits, purses, accessories, jewelry, and all the best dressed wedding guest rentals, is there anything FashionPass can’t do?? I am OBSESSED and my only regret is not signing up for FashionPass sooner!! The customer service team is full of the sweetest, kindest, & most helpful team of people. My favorite part of every week is tearing open my bag of rentals for the weekend ahead and never having to worry about what to wear no matter what my plans are. I have never received more compliments in my life and truly have saved so much time & stress before events.

FashionPass has been an absolute dream over the last year to rent so many pieces I’ve loved wearing! From formal wedding guest dresses to cozy lounge sweatshirts, their selection of brands is amazing and I love that there are so many customer reviews (with photos and sizing info) on almost every item listing to know just what size will be the best fit. Their clothing (and accessories) always arrive within a few days time from the order date, and in perfect condition — so much that I’ve purchased several items (at a great discount!) Truly amazing service, with equally amazing customer service via chat for any questions as you shop. The flexible package tiering they offer is also very ideal between fluctuating months with lighter event schedules versus busier times. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love FashionPass!! I started using in August of 2022 and haven’t rented an item I don’t fall in love with. The brands they carry and sizing guides are immaculate also! I love the mix of classic, staple pieces and trendy, statement pieces they include on the site. Navigating the site is a breeze and shipping is always super fast to make sure I have the clothes I need for any event. I truly can’t say enough good things about it!!

Fashion Pass has literally changed my life!! It’s perfect for the season of life I’m in, filled with weddings, bachelorette weekends and celebrations (events where I want a cute outfit but will only wear it once). I love FashionPass! For someone who doesn't re-wear outfits, I got tired of purchasing and investing money in quality pieces that weren't getting worn more than once or twice. This is the only service that offers clothing rental for all occasions; you can get something casual for brunch or a date night, office wear, or even something for a black tie event. All items received have been high quality and the shipping is always fast. I love that you're able to pick your next items as soon as the package is scanned. The customer reviews that include body information are extremely helpful when selecting items that work for your body type. 10/10 recommend!

They keep trying to charge my card $119 monthly after I returned the items I rented. But FedEx lost the package and they refuse to open a claim. Use RTR for your fashion rentals!!

Fantastic customer service experience. Timely shipments, high quality pieces, and affordable prices. A wonderful company that enables its customers to consistently and affordably wear trendy, high quality pieces of clothing without succumbing to fast fashion.

I received a notification that one of the pieces I purchased was slightly damaged, so they automatically refunded me before even sending the item and offered me an additional rental item at no cost as an apology for the inconvenience. Karina, an employee, contacted me directly about this and went above and beyond to ensure that I continued to have a positive experience. I've used this service for 3 months now and I have only positive things to say about it.

Okay hear me out - why would you ever spend all that $$$$ on clothes you’ll prob wear what like a few times at MOST?

Such a waste of money and not sustainable at all. That’s where FashionPass comes in, for a fraction of the money you can get designer clothes, accessories, bags, and so much more. It’s perfect for vacations, weddings, or just a fun day out.

Never stopping FashionPass and you shouldn’t either!! (Or def start if you haven’t yet)

I'm so glad I made the decision to rent with FashionPass! I'm only on my second month, but it's been so much fun shopping and selecting new items. Shipping is very quick and they make it super easy to shop and return. I love being able to try brands like Show Me Your Mumu and Amanda Uprichard that are typically out of my budget. I totally recommend using FashionPass especially if you have a lot of weddings, vacations, or events coming up because you aren't spending as much money on outfits that you'll only wear once or twice!

Amanda is amazing and in general every time I text I get QUALITY service. I’m really busy and I can be a bit needy, but their team has always been so kind and understanding. Literally feels like I’m texting with a friend when I reach out. I only ever need to reach out because I have been dropping off my returns at my front desk and the return isn’t always scanned so I beg to be alerted when they see it come through. Love Fashion Pass! Give your customer service a raise lol

LOVE the concept and clothes. I have been a member for months, but recently have noticed lack of clothing options. I believe demand is increasing and supply needs to as well..

I absolutely love fashion pass! It’s a sustainable & affordable way to keep your closet updated every month. I love that they have different membership tiers as well – if I know I’m going to an event or wedding I will always bump my membership up to the highest tier. 10/10

I just signed up for Fashion Pass as a Socialite member with literally no understanding of how the subscription worked other than I got to pick 2 items and 1 accessory. At first, I’ll be honest I was a bit turned off that y’all don’t have an app but I keep seeing y’all everywhere so why not? Rent the Runway I’ve started to see from reviews isn’t great lately. I clicked around to understand the FAQs, the returns, some of the links to get the details and I’m admittedly so the kind of person that wants all of the details. I clicked the Chat function and at first it was a bot, but luckily I was able to quickly get to a representative. I must have asked Amanda 50 questions 😂 I asked about the introductory offer, how long I could keep the items, how long they would take to come to me, if there was a delay how that would affect my subscription, how do I cancel, etc.. At one point, I started coming up with real world examples of if I were to not like the shoes that were delivered with 2 dresses would I have to wait to wear the dresses to return it all together. Long story short, I asked her a lot of questions. Amanda answered every single one. She was knowledgeable, positive, thorough and thoughtful in her explanations. A few times saying to me, “I hope that makes sense 😊.” Because of this interaction with your customer service rep Amanda, as I told her… I now feel like a Fashion Pass Expert. I personally asked her how I could recognize her patience, kindness and just plain being great at her job - especially as an ONLINE customer service representative. So thank you Fashion Pass, you have a true rock star in Amanda!

I love FashionPass and the amount of clothing options they have, but the best thing about their company might be their customer service. I have had nothing but amazing experiences with them. They have a chat on their website that not only lets you speak to a real person, but they respond within seconds of any question you ask. Seriously could not recommend this company enough!

I have been a "member" of FashionPass for 4 months now. I've had the opportunity to rent clothes almost every week! I was nervous that every shipment would have something that just didn't fit right, but I was wrong. I've rented the cutest designer clothes and it couldn't be more convenient. They emailed me all of the closest "return" locations and they are minutes from me. LOVE Fashion pass
