Scammers avoid at all costs

Order went through incorrectly and there is no way to cancel on the app, when tried to call no answer at all. Then order never showed up and never refunded me after trying to call them for hours. Just took my money and ran, avoid at all costs complete scammers just trying to steal from you

Rubbish

Rubbish. Didn’t arrive. They hang up when you call.
Other reviews in my area saying the same, and finally they’ve taken themselves off the delivery apps, even though people complaining it’s 2hrs late!

Disgrace of a company

I am absolutely disgusted by this. We have accrued 3000 points by spending money with this company. We have decided to spend our EARNED points and they CANCELLED our order stating we ordered "Too much free food"!! SHOCKING! WE earned those points by spending OUR money and yet they won't let us order food using the points. Absolute DISGRACE of a company. I will never EVER give them another penny.

Order was 20 later than the expected…

Order was 20 later than the expected time but it is a Saturday so understandable.

Pizza was okay but nothing special, and somehow only warm even though it's 30c outside, the toppings did seem like good quality and the dough wasn't the worst but it's not different from any of the kebab shops that sell pizza in Wolverhampton.

The burger for the price point is ridiculous £11.50, it's a typical burger you get from a van at a car boot or market, like the gills burgers, wasn't even grilled, but strangely enough the toppings on it were quality, for the price you are charging for the burgers you need to at least use some decent quality mince, was worth a try but certainly won't be ordering again.

Stole my money via Uber Eats

Stole my money via Uber Eats. The Edinburgh branch has been closed for 6 months according to its own call centre, but still automatically took my order and money. Uber Eats refused to give me a refund. It's either deliberate or negligent, and I bet it's happened to more people. I'll take this review down if the listing is removed from Uber Eats.

1 Star is Generous, over an Hour from Latest delivery time and still no Pizza, Customer service is awful, lad literally told me oh your pizzas an hour late, like I didn't know. NEVER AGAIN!!

First time ordering with them order…

First time ordering with them order arrived 30 mins late I called the store multiple times to check on delivery time each person I spoke to gave me a different time so clearly lying when it finally arrived it was cold the driver didn't even apologize for the poor service sad thing is the pizza actually tasted nice but shame it was ice cold. Tried to contact customer service who initially responded to my email saying sorry for the poor service and experience and offered to give me points on the app towards my next order but when I asked if the points would cover the £25 cost of my initial cold pizza the responses stopped and I have received no correspondence since such a shame as the product is potentially good but sadly the service is garbage gave them ample opportunity to resolve the issue but arrogance and a lack of care and common courtesy is seriously missing. I'm still open to giving them another chance to rectify the problem but as of yet nothing 🙃

Enough is enough

I'm a long time customer and have rated 4 or 5 star usually but I am not going to lie the last service I received was abysmal . My order took 2 hours to arrive and I had to phone the head office as I first rang up an hour after ordering to be told my order had just gone In the oven ( an hour after my order was placed ??) I gave it another 40 minutes before trying to ring again upon which the phone rang out twice before it was diverted to head office again in which I could even hear the woman on the phone to acocks green saying that this is Not acceptable. Another 20 plus minutes later and I finally received my order over hours late without even an apology. I shouldn't even have to pay due the length of time I waited. After spending close to £1000 in the last few years I'm done with fats pizza acocks green as they don't care about the customer.

The most DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE OVER THE PHONE. I ASKED NO BEEF ON MY PIZZA AS ALLERGY CALLED TO CONFIRM LIKE I DO ANY OTHER PIZZA SHOP FOR A RUDE WOMAN WHO HAS A ATTITUDE PROBLEM !!!
I Start my conversation with "how are you" met with disgusting attitude. THEN WOULDN'T CANCEL MY ORDER AS SHE THINKS SHE WINS A ARGUMENT. LITTLE DOSE SHE KNOW I WORK FOR UBER AND I WILL ENSURE EVERYONE FINDS OUT ABOUT THIS GHETTO ESTABLISHMENT. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Reading the reviews lol says it all .. its gross dnt go here.
