I had a great experience with these guys! I ordered some earrings and they came really quickly and nicely packaged! Unfortunately they were smaller than I wanted (my fault for not reading the listing properly) so I returned. The refund was so fast and easy - you do pay for return postage but I'm fine with that! Really great experience all round and will definitely order from them again (I'll just pay more attention next time!). Highly recommend!

J’ai commandé une bague de fiançailles depuis l’étranger. Elle est très belle mais avait malheureusement un défaut au niveau du halo qui n’aurait pas dû passer leur contrôle qualité. Lorsque je leur ai signalé le problème photo à l’appui, ils ne proposent aucune prise en charge des frais de port et incitent à ne pas prendre d’assurance pour une bague à plusieurs milliers d’euros.. Je pensais qu’en cas de défaut initial sur la bague, ils conviendraient de leur responsabilité et feraient le nécessaire, mais non..
