Excellent customer service
Good price and excellent customer service, one of my items was out of stock, but no quibbles they asked what I would prefer to do, and then carried out my wishes.
I would not hesitate to order again when I need something else.

Got wrong items
Sent wrong items, 1st order was good this order wrong size leads so emailed and they said i can send them back but obviously that means i have to pay but not cost effective as the postage on 5 kg was too much to bother. They did offer to pay the postage in the end and correct the mistake so credit due there but i had some lead coating so i sorted the error myself, overall a very good company to buy your fishing bits from.
