Bought a stationary bike from Industrial Location it was a used commercial unit used it for a few months and found the unit was skipping like a chain slip it had NO warranty I knew this brought it back to Paul they took it apart to find a dead press bearing ughhhhhh the cost of this was well over 1000 dollars just for the part upon hearing this news I was really upset 1700 bucks gone but ... no Paul had talked to the owner and they agreed to replace my unit with a Lifecycle 9500 !! I have purchased all my equipment from Paul at the Industrial location but have not had a chance to meet the owner as yet but wow talk about service these guys go over and above I highly recommend Fitness Depot Ottawa !!!

The sales folks in the store are very knowledgable and helpful. But once you purchase something you are in the hands of a semi-independant service team and they are unresponsive and do not return calls. It takes days to hear from them for setup or for a repair discussed with store personnel. Not at all customer focused.

Todd Jones was the sales person who consulted with us concerning our purchase. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Todd was a great help and was the main reason we purchased our exercise bike from fitness Depot!!!

I love Fitness Depot and love my new elliptical. The delivery people did a great job installing it in my home. They have the best equipment! This True elliptical is perfect for my husband that I'm helping to rehab back to health after many health issues and being home-bound for a lot of this year. Thank you to Fitness Depot. Great experience. It is one of my favorite stores around, not just fitness stores. I love checking out the equipment and the staff has always been more than amazing. This is my go-to fitness store.

I have been doing business with Fitness depot since 1985. I have equipped my own home gyms, and my daughters school gym with the equipment they sell. Bob runs an excellent shop with a customer focused approach and is always friendly and helpful. I go there from time to time simply to have the opportunity to socialize with the staff and see what is new on the market. I cannot imagine anyone ever needing to shop elsewhere for any fitness related needs unless they simply do not have what you need. I love these folks and they way they always treat me is awesome!

Very good selection, great service and very good prices

Our salesperson, Keith Elmore, was informed and had a no pressure consultative approach. The installation was handled by a very professional and friendly technician who set up the bike properly and efficiently. The bike developed a squeak after only 3 uses. I called Keith who immediately set up a tech repair visit. It basically needed lubrication .We have had no further problems so far. I highly recommend The Fitness Depot.
