CUSTOMER SEVICE REPLIED AFTER 2 WEEKS STATING MY E,MAIL MUST HAVE GOTTON LOST SOMEHOW!!. 3 MINUTES AFTER ID ORDERED I CANCELLED!. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING BUT PROFIT!!. LIKE THE OTHERS ID WISH I HAD READ THE PROPPER REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING, SO NOW £54 DOWN, NOT FIT FOR A BLOODY RABBIT LET ALONE MY DOG! APPALLING DISGUSTING BEHAIVIOUR!!

I just received my product today and I’m 5‘4“ and if I have a full one at my neck, my feet won’t be covered. I just read the return policy is very difficult and expensive. I’m very disappointed with this purchase.

Awful company! Ordered 2 for 1 blanket,only one turned up. Company won’t respond to emails and the is no address or contact number. Total scam. Ordered queen size,but comes up as single.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I am very disappointed in the blankets. I ordered full size and it does not even cover the top of the bed. It is more the size of a twin.The sizes are misrepresented on the website (using King, Queen, Full, etc. descriptions yet the measurements do not match those sizes). They are also very thin and flimsy. I’m surprised in the positive reviews. Now I know why they said they have an overabundance and offered a big discount. Still not worth the price. I’ll chalk this up to buying online from an unknown company. Do not recommend.

Buyers beware, received my queen cotton muslin blankets yesterday. They are not queen size 60”x 48”. Very disappointed. The only use I have for them will be dog throw blankets for the floor. Such a waste of money.

I ordered queen size blankets (2 for 1 deal) and received single blankets. Sent the company photos of the blankets on our queen size bed showing that they were in fact singles, have followed up several times by email, as well as the online form on their website and haven't had the decency of a response. It's totally disgusting and seeing I'm not the only one, is a real concern (but also a comfort), however I really don't want anyone else to be scammed by them! What do we do? Who can we escalate this to?

the blankets and pajamas are very very small. bought large and its more like an American Small. Very difficult to return. Check sizes.

Blanket that was supposed to fit a twin size bed was the size of a crib/throw. The one for a queen size bed was more like a twin. For the price I paid I am very unsatisfied. Also took a long time to actually receive the blankets. About a month!

So disappointed ~ I ordered 2 blankets. The sizing is wrong and much smaller than advertised. The pink is not an accurate colour. The beige came plucked in many areas. The chemical smell when arrived was awful. Just thin rags.
I also ordered 2 PJs. The lemon was a lovely colour but ridiculously small. The green arrived as a washed out grey colour and again a small just about fit my 11 year old daughter. Don’t waste your money. Impossible to return and bad reviews on their site disappear.

I wish I could give it 0 stars 3 months since I placed my order and still nothing

There is another The Fleece Company set of reviews on here, not sure if it is a different/valid company, but I think they are the same and just have a lot of FAKE reviews. Also, the companies official website has only 5-star reviews...all obviously FAKE. The queen blankets I ordered are NOT even Twin size and they are very thin and CHEAP. They will not respond to my email asking to return them. I am going to disuput it with my credit card company. They are a SCAM!!! Do NOT order from them, I have learned my lesson.

I ordered a queen sized blanket that was supposed to be 60 inches wide (still a little narrow for two people to use on a queen sized bed and not fight over it). When I got it it was only 47in and didn't even come close to reaching each side. The customer service process is a nightmare. They kept asking me to send more pictures with a tape measure and that the blanket didn't look like it was stretched out all the way. It is a decent sized couch blanket.

Be warned, this is not an American company
This is stupid. They said the 'blanket' is the size of the mattress.
Okay let's start the return process then. This is definitely too small.
No problem. Please send the return to Germany. (Not Wyoming where the company supposedly is). At your expense.
No surprise, the shipping cost as much as the stupid product... Over $100 for shipping to Germany.

There should be an option for a zero on the rating. If you are smarter than me and take the time to read the reviews, please know that this company is a scam. You most likely will receive something after a long wait, but you will be dissatisfied with what you receive. The full-size blanket that I bought is about the size for a baby crib. The queen size might fit on a full bed, but it’s still small. The fabric while soft is extremely thin. The package when it arrived, contained a full blanket a queen blanket, and two pillowcases and was smaller than what one full blanket would fold into. Total weight on it was less than 3 pounds. Stay away from this company. Be smarter than me.

I purchased a queen cotton blanket not realizing this was not an American company. Once it took forever to arrive once shipped I realized I was dealing wth a Chinese company. Once I received the blanket it was not queen size and it was cheap flimsy material. Do not buy from them.

What a ripoff. There is nothing special about these muslin blankets that you can't get for 25% the cost anywhere else. The Fleece Company stopped communication as soon as they got my money for the purchase and refused to provide an expected delivery date, no matter how many times I asked. There is no real customer service. It took weeks and when I finally got a response I tried to cancel the order and they said it was too late. So I tried to do a return and guess what - it has to be returned TO GERMANY. Which costs $300 FedEx, more than I paid, but I'm out $160 total for a flimsy little piece of gauze.

Took a long time to receive. When they arrived they were so lightweight and very short, they are just not functional. And can't be dryed in the dryer.
The worst part is:
I wanted to return. I thought they came from USA, the return is to Germany. It cost $58. before tracking and insurance...
Ok, so I'm keeping them, maybe a baby will come along but how will a busy Mother care for them?

Zero stars! They don’t tell you this but you have to send it back to Germany. The fleece wrap is one size fits all. It’s so large and bulky and looks terrible in your body. The photo online shows it being hung on a hanger and never on a person. They kept telling me that the site states sending it back to Germany ($313!) but nowhere does it state that. Do not buy from this company.

Ripoff ! Have to to return these Chinese sized pajamas to Germany ?? And no zip code provided … it probably would not get there and I suspect the company is bogus in china or something . They use AI to respond to customer service

Don’t buy. Inferior quality. Thin, smaller than a double bed, Horrible bumpy texture not soft at all, not neatly edged and colours not as shown on advertisement. Blankets took weeks to arrive. To get a refund I have to return these items to Germany. I’m in Australia.
