I bought a tooth and paid extra for track & trace. I was able to track my package well; it was well packaged and arrived in very good condition and intact. I am very satisfied with the product and the shipping method.

Very great product as described, fast shipping, reasonable price, but communication and tracking updates from the seller took quite a while! I think that was the only downside; otherwise, it was a great shopping experience! Highly recommend seller and A+ business!

Is this a joke? Sending me a request for rating when I have received no shipment notification after over a week? Are you on holiday and this was automatic? I sent a polite e-mail message asking for a status on my order, and have heard nothing back. If you were not recommended by a reliable source, I would have already canceled payment. The "Track order with Shop" link does not work. Essentially, nothing besides the original order acknowledgement e-mail and this ridiculous survey message has done anything to indicate your web site represents a functioning business.

My name is Chris Allen and I just received a package from my brother Charles R Kemp. It had the most wonderful collection of fossils and they were displayed and labeled so wonderfully. I just love what he got from you for me to use in my programs. I am a Program Specialist for the Hancock Parks here in Ohio and I do a lot of programs on rock and fossils for kids and adults. On July 9, I will be hosting an Open House at the Oakwoods Nature Discovery Center on Dinosaurs and these will be a great addition to my display.
