Sadly I’m finding this perfume disappointing unlike others I’ve ordered from you.

I came across this company by complete accident looking for a particular perfume. When I saw the cost of the original perfume and then saw a version on this website, I decided to give it a try. Speedy delivery, very reasonably priced and I’ve been so impressed by the quality and the fact that the perfume lasts and lasts all day. Will be using it again for my children and recommending it to everyone! Total winner!

The website is easy to navigate, the perfume arrived quickly and was beautifully packaged. It looked much more expensive than it was.

Unfortunately, despite selecting a perfume with my favourite notes, I didn’t like the smell. The customer service was excellent and the refund process was seamless.

Even though I didn't end up keeping the perfume, I would have no concerns about trying another perfume from the company. It seems they are accurate dupes so, next time, I might try and smell the branded version IRL and then purchase the scent from here, as I think the products are very competitively priced.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. The service is absolutely disgusting – unprofessional, careless, and downright unacceptable. They clearly have no regard for their customers time, money, or basic decency. Every interaction was a nightmare, and the lack of accountability is shocking. Avoid this company at all costs unless you want to waste your time and be treated with complete disrespect. The poorest service I’ve ever experienced.

I bought the Chanel Allure Pour Homme 'smells like' from The Fragrance Co. I got it today. It smells just like the real Chanel except there's one thing... The version I bought from The Frangrance Co is more potent stronger and even lasts longer than the real version. The real Chanel Allure costs around £132. From The Fragrance Co I paid £20 including delivery.

Im really happy with purchasing my aftershave from The Fragrance Co, they've met my needs and then some. It's the first time I've bought 'smells like' aftershave and I definitely selected the right company to buy from. The packaging is professional my order was dispatched the same day and The Fragrance Co haven't even asked me to review the product or service.

Honest, reliable and responsible business. The Fragramce Co will inevitably grow as a business and maintain its success for delivering exactly what 'it says on the tin' and then some. I don't usually leave reviews but I'm so happy with the product and service that I've decided to leave a review on here. This review may sound too good to be true but buy a product from The Fragrance Co and see for yourself.

I don't have much money about me and buying the real Chanel for £132 is way out of my budget. So being able to get something better than the real version for a percentage of the price has made my day.
