We have been a client of TFA for nearly a decade and cannot recommend them highly enough! The team are fantastic, highly qualified, consummate professionals, personable and will always go the extra mile when needed. We couldn't question value for money and they are a company we trust implicitly and without question. We would recommend them in a heartbeat, they have been the best accountancy firm we have ever worked with.

I can't praise them highly enough! Quite simply the best accountants I have ever used from the clarity of their quotes for work, through to the highly attentive and (of course) very friendly and professional service. I shall be staying with TFA for the foreseeable future as they are a fountain of knowledge and a great additional asset for me and my business. They are THE experts in their field - very very highly recommended! A great team to work with!

Up front they sound perfect with the agreement stating things like "if you are not 100% happy with our service you'll get your money back" and such like. However they do things without quoting first and bill you a surprise bill, Richard says he will do things and then doesn't deliver and if you query something he gets incredibly personal and unprofessional very quickly. The team were great but i was not impressed with Richard. He tried to claim we had not paid one of our bills and tried to charge on additional fees. It was up to me to prove our account had been cleared and we were up to date with payments and argue for him to drop the charge. He promised responses to queries in meetings then never provided them and tried to charge for them at a later date without quoting a fee up front which is contrary to the agreement we signed. We were very unhappy with the service.

Cannot understand why the other review on this page is not glowing. Richard went above and beyond to be helpful and was extremely knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend to any of my friends and family. He dealt with my problem swiftly and with a great deal of kindness - 5 stars.

I approached Lesley on the 30 Nov 2018 by email to seek his advice.
Lesley responded the same day and I sent Lesley confidential details of my business. Lesley acknowledged receipt and stated "I’ll review this and come back to you mid-week if that’s OK?". To date Lesley has never responded.
I followed up Lesley on the 9 January 2019 and 4 April 2019, by emails, and Lesley has not responded.
This is most un-professional way to conduct a business!

Well now (18 june 2020!!!) months later we get a response with a pathetic excuse.
Surely you cannot be serious!
