*** WARNING **** to anyone who wants to order with this company, DO NOT. I ordered a ps5 for my husband which never arrived, they insisted it’s been delivered then stopped replying to all emails. Since this all I see is bad reviews and all saying the same thing. Disgusting that people are happy to scam others and rip good people off.

Fraudulent company.
My son ordered a ps5 in May. Never received, no response to email. Website no longer exits !
Gutted, he’s been robbed.

The web site for this concern has no address or telephone purely an email address.Ordered online a PS5 on 7th June. This was acknowledged with message to the effect that they were getting my order ready to be shipped, apparently from the UK. Couple of days later received message from Pay Pal to the effect that my bank account would be debited once the order had been processed. On 10th June my account was debited and Pay Pal said the order was being processed. The Gaming Way informed me that I would receive a tracking no. once the item had been shipped. They informed me that I would receive a pin code by mail which I had to quote when the item was delivered. If I was unable to quote the number delivery would be refused. I subsequently received by Royal Mail an envelope which had to be signed for. This however was just put through my letterbox as due to COVID postman not permitted to get a signature. The envelope contained an undated, unsigned letter with no heading which contained the pin code. It said delivery would be made by a ‘logistics guy’ who would need to verify the code. The envelope had a Royal Mail tracking code. Following day received message from Pay Pal which said the order had been shipped and it contained details and cost amount. A tracking code was given. When I checked with Royal Mail it confirmed that delivery had been made . However, the tracking code was exactly the same as on the envelope containing the letter. It therefore follows that Pay Pal were informed by The Gaming Way that the code related to the PS5 and as far as Pay Pal were concerned the order had been completed. It appears quite obvious that The Gaming Way wanted my signature so that once I report non delivery they can say that it was delivered and would produce my signature as evidence.PS5 reviews on the web site were clearly not genuine and two in fact were dated two weeks ahead. When I pointed this out they said it was a mistake but all 20 reviews have now been removed.Looking at their terms and conditions it states they are governed by the laws of Pakistan so presumably that’s where they are. I have requested their address and contact number but this has been ignored.I have no doubt that this is a fraudulent transaction. Have not received the PS5 or a tracking no.for it. I am pretty confident I never will.After 31 years of Police Service dishonesty is quite easy to recognise.The order was placed with my debit card so recovery of payment should be easily resolved with my bank.For the past two days I have not been able to make any contact with The Gaming Way.If this is fraudulent as I suspect such a fraud made during the current pandemic is utterly disgraceful.
UPDATE. It’s now 15 days since this order. Surprise, surprise no delivery or even a tracking code. Six days ago I was promised a refund within 72 hours. Despite two reminders of this promise no reply and certainly no refund. A truly awful concern. Anyone who orders anything from The Gaming Way is highly likely to be disappointed, Absolutely convinced they are scammers.
Further UPDATE. Their website appears to be no longer available. With a bit of luck these scammers have shut down. Fortunately, I have recovered my money through credit card chargeback.
