Not the best experience and am still waiting for a refund
I ordered 5 Christmas baubles in September as part of pre order with delivery planned for November. The baubles were not delivered till December, but there was no forthcoming communication to advise of the delay, I was only made aware after I chased this up.
One bauble was missing and I was reassured it would be sent shortly after chasing for an update a number of times. It’s January and I have still not received it or been offered a refund, I have requested a refund twice and am still awaiting this as I have been advised they were closed over Christmas but they did not have an out of office notice on their email or their website (which would have been helpful)
Not the best experience, I can see from other reviews this has been a similar experience for other customers so I would be cautious in recommending them to others which is a shame as they sell lovely pieces

Could not fufill order that was 3 months old
This was the second time i ordered last year my item did not arrive till just before christmas , this year my order was placed in Sept one week before christmas i was informed that they could not get hold of the item , everything is on preorder , i will never use again very disappointed
