No return once delivered and tested.
The giggle grass will not take the product back when the box is opened and you tested the product and didn't like. Unlike amazon they do not have refund policy. Amazon will return you product if you have even used it and wish to return the product.

Definitely recommend! Both the product and website.
The product is amazing. It was packed nicely and was sent very quick after ordering. I really liked the experience of ordering from GiggleGrass, there was no hassle. I was a bit sceptical since it was my first time on the website but there were a lot of people on reddit praising the site and I had the same experience!

Genuine and 100% authentic products & parts
Just received my first Thermal extraction device from giggle grass. Super fast delivery and pompt customer service response. I got dynavap the G3 from them and in love with it already. Valing is indeed better than combusting in terms of full synergistic effect of the wonder medicinal plant.

Avoid this seller. Record your unboxing if you still choose to buy from them.
Ordered a Dynavap G3 from GiggleGrass,
the product was missing from the box. Reported it to Team GG, but support was unhelpful and refused to verify their claims.
They already had my contact details from the order and even asked again here on Trustpilot, but never followed up.
I can now access my account on their website, but the order doesn’t appear — despite their claim that it was delivered.
Very poor experience. Not recommended.
