I had never won a major prize or give-a-way before, but I did on the Giveaway Guys. I won a Suzuki GS1400. While I would love to take the bike, life has prevented me. However the Giveaway Guys gave me the cash option which I am very happy with. Thank you Guys I will continue to play.

Abba Voyage and London
I recently won the Abba Voyage and overnight London stay. Had forgotten I'd entered until i got an email letting me know. Took me totally by surprise and a bit of guard until I had checked their draw winner list and it confirmed my name. To say I was totally thrilled to bits is an understatement. Communication was excellent and I'm now all booked up for my trip to London. Can't wait. 💃🎉

After entering alot of competitions…
After entering alot of competitions with the give away guys I won the lego nightmare before Christmas set! Perfect timing to have it up on display for Halloween.
I recieved an email to say I had won, which at first i didn't believe, so I checked it along side the names of winners on the website. The Lego arrived within the week and my son is so happy.
I always play with the give away guys because the games aren't too expensive to have a play and you can watch the draws live if you wish, but if you don't you watch you recieved an email if you win. The odds are really good too.

Not sure it’s worth it
Website, entering, comms great but winning is like a needle in a haystack regardless of picking one ticket or buying more to decrease odds, odds are too high making it disheartening at times

Respuesta de The Giveaway Guys
Hi Clare,
Thanks for your honest feedback! We're really glad to hear you're happy with the website, entry process and communication. 🙌
We completely understand that not winning can be disappointing, especially when you've entered several competitions. While purchasing more tickets increases your chances, it can never guarantee a win.
We always display the odds and total number of tickets available for each competition so everyone can make an informed decision before entering. We also offer a wide range of competitions with different ticket limits and odds to suit different preferences.
Ultimately, we want our competitions to be something you enjoy, rather than something that leaves you feeling disheartened. We'd always encourage you to only enter when it's enjoyable and within a budget you're comfortable with.
Thanks again for your support, Clare. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts.

Hi Laura,
We're sorry to hear you're feeling this way, and we appreciate you sharing your concerns.
We absolutely recognise that entering prize draws can become difficult to manage for some people, and we take player welfare very seriously.
We never want anyone to feel pressured to enter or spend more than they're comfortable with. That's why we offer a range of player protection tools, including spending limits, account time-outs and longer-term account restrictions.
If you're finding it difficult to manage your entries, please log in and check out the player protection options, or contact our customer welfare team at support@thegiveawayguys.co.uk. We can help you put appropriate restrictions in place, including blocking paid entries entirely if that's what you need.
Your wellbeing is far more important to us than any competition entry, and we're always here to help.
