This is the second time purchasing and it went well. I needed some extra service over the phone and they were very helpful. As before the packaging was secure and it arrived the next day after being shipped. The quality and condition of what I had bought was exactly as expected. I always shop around but that's two times now this company has outdone all others, so will definitely buy again if the offers continue and they have stock. I would say the only problem is them not having enough stock of what I want. That's not a bad reflection on them but rather a good thing in that at least I know the market is healthy and moving along. If you see what you want, the time is right and the offer is good, go for it

Seriously cannot fault the service I received from The Gold Bullion Company. With a number of retailers in this market selling identical items, I made my choice on price comparison. I am pleased because the entire purchasing experience was excellent: I received securely packed items on time as promised. I will be buying from them again.

An absolute great experience dealing with The Gold Bullion Company
This is the second time I've made a purchase from The Gold Bullion Company and the second time I've been amazed at the service I've received.
I knew from my first purchase a few months ago that I was definitely going to use them again as I was so happy with them the first time.
This time around I bought a 1oz Silver Britannia Coin.
The service I got was second to none again. It arrived before the expected time, came with a gorgeous letter of authenticity and packed well.
To my disbelief, the coin was a lot cheaper than actually purchasing it from the Royal Mint who make it.
Again, I am overwhelming pleased with the service and can't recommend The Gold Bullion Company enough.
