Dr Sulaiman was absolutely brilliant. The service was quick, easy and efficient. Dr Sulaiman was professional and very caring. Would really recommend this service to anyone who is fed up with GP waiting times!

I contacted the company by email on 3 or 4 separate occasions about an order and was promised an email back from Dr Shah but despite regular reminders I received absolutely nothing back. Very poor customer service from a GMC registered doctor.

Ask for a fit note, they gave me for the days i was not at work i asked to change, they told me they going to have a look and call me and i am still waiting. S*** service that we pay and don't get the money back. Easy way for them.to earn money.

Dr. Shah understood my medical condition and wrote a detailed letter which I needed for work.

I got in touch with the GP Clinic for a referral letter, only to be told by the doctor that he was on holiday for two weeks and would deal with it when he returned. I am not sure why he couldn't have given the task to another doctor since they give the impression there are many doctors online, however, I waited for his return, and also sent him two reminders, but did not get a reply. I have just wasted two weeks waiting.

Easy and quick, but sick not was in different format compared to gp one,but employer accept it.

Absolutely brilliant. Dr Shah cares deeply about the patient and the letter he provided went into all the required details (the questionnaire you fill out is very well designed so that the doctor has a real, detailed picture of your medical situation). I highly, highly recommend this service.

I was off work with sight loss after first injection in my eye. But the docs wouldn't give me a fit note saying it was down to the hospital, but it was beneath the consultant at the hospital to provide me with one. So I turned to the Gp clinic, they rang me, and after a polite sympathetic conversation with the online doctor they provided me with one. I would definitely recommend them to anyone
