The Granite House  Opiniones

The people make this company what it is! Dont get me wrong the product is fantastic and is the complete focus of our refurbished kitchen but the attention to detail and the fact they keep the customer informed at all stages is a very special quality missing in a lot of businesses nowadays. Thank you. So glad we got a recommendation to deal with you.

Reliable Supplier with Exceptional Quality

We’ve been working with The Granite House as our supplier and the service has always been excellent. Their team is responsive, professional, and genuinely committed to delivering on time. The quality of the stone is outstanding – consistent, beautifully finished, and exactly as promised.

Communication is always clear and straightforward, and any questions we’ve had have been dealt with quickly. It’s a real pleasure working with a supplier we can fully trust to meet high standards every time.

Highly recommended to anyone in the trade looking for a reliable partner and top-quality materials.

Absolutely brilliant company. Utterly professional from start to finish. What I believed to be possibly expensive initially, I later realised the quality of the product, the reliability, guidance, advice and utter professionalism. It was priced exactly right. Their product has made my kitchen look a million dollars, so glad I made the choice to purchase from them.

Excellent customer service. A perfect balance of professional expertise alongside being welcoming and approachable. Respectful of how much we had budgetted for. Extensive range of worktops to choose from. Great communication throughout. Work top installers were professional and polite. Our quartz kitchen worktops really are the icing on the cake in our new kitchen!.

Great service , lovely staff, kitchen looks amazing :)

Very professional and great service

Excellent service all round & very happy with my worktops. Very quick from ordering to installation.

Fantastic job / work top.

Great company, excellent service from start to finish, friendly and efficient and we're really pleased with our new work surface!

From start to finish very professional and polite workmen.

Much better experience than the DIY stores we have had to deal with.

100% recommended

The Granite house were great incredible team and service from start to finish - thank you!

My experience was excellent from the design to the fitting Lynne was extremely knowledgeable and made some excellent suggestions , the fitter did a brilliant job ,I feel like I’m in someone else’s kitchen , Thank you

Honestly this place is spot on. Got a full natural granite worktop and splashback from them. The quality is second to none and the service was simple, relaxed and professional. They turned up on time when they said they would and it fit perfectly. Price was more than competitive too without compromise on quality. The templater was brilliant and so was the lad who fit it perfectly. Thanks so much. Do yourselves a favour and check this place out!! You won’t regret it!

Excellent experience, Lynne was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, happy to hand out samples and understanding with any changes that we made along the way. We are very pleased with our beautiful kitchen worktop, fitted on time with minimum fuss and mess. Definitely recommend this company!

Great service, great comms, would recommend.

Great service from this local company. Harriet was really helpful in helping us decide on a quartz worktop. Templating was then carried out and fitting 7 days later. Looks great and we are really pleased. Would absolutely recommend this company.

From the moment we walked into The Granite House, to the point of installation, everything was fantastic.

Many thanks to Lynne and the team.

Great service

Great service, the team in the office were really helpful and accommodating, they priced matched a cheaper quote which was great, the install booking was quick, turnaround of milling the worktop was 6-7 days as advised, fitters were on time and fitted quickly.
Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5, is that the join in the quartz they did is quite visible and not colour matched very well. a bit of a shame really as everything else was great!

From support and guidance in choosing and ordering the work surface, through to templating and the fitting, all the staff were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and professional. A fabulous team and now I have the most beautiful work surface! Thank you !
