I have purchased their playbook. And it's really good for someone who is truly new to calisthenics. I'm giving it a 4* because I thought the book will take you to real beginner to real pro, however the book stops when you hit you solid foundations. But thinking of it as a part 1. It is damn good

I brought the calisthenics playbook to help me understand calisthenics and how to perfect the exercise aswell as what exercises I should do as iam new to this. So far I love the book it's very detailed yet easy to understand and apply to my workout routine

Endlich habe ich genau das was ich immer gesucht habe. Ein Buch was detailliert zeigt, wie und auf was ich achten muss, um beim Sport richtig bzw. den größtmöglichen Erfolg zu erzielen. Auch die Illustrationen mit dem gelben Männchen sind sehr gut gelungen, lockern und vereinfachen den Einstieg in die Trainingswelt deutlich. Auch der Support durch Social Media Beiträge als auch per email sind richtig gut. Danke an das ganze Gravgear Team 👍👌

Worthwhile investment in quality gear
After procrastinating, and comparing different options for gymnastics rings from Gravgear and various other options, I finally decided to invest in Gravgear. What convinced me: ease of use. The numbering of the hook holes on straps have made it easy to set up everytime I use them in a gym. After living with it for a week, I'm convinced by the ease, PLUS the quality of the build. Totally feel safe that they will hold up during a workout, be it ring pull ups or dips. Highly recommended.

The product exceeded my expectations by a long way, the wrist wraps I recieved are well worth the money, they are comfortable, breathable and the material is durable. Would definitely recommend to weightlifters, crossfitters and calisthenics athletes alike.
