I paid a significant amount of money and was later blocked from contacting them. I have been unable to obtain a refund, and I have concerns about how my contractual agreements were handled.

I have also seen other artists and clients report similar experiences. Because of what happened to me, I would not recommend entering into editorial deals or making payments to this organization.

This post reflects my personal experience and concerns, and I encourage anyone considering working with them to review all terms carefully and seek independent advice if needed.

I’ve been collecting publications from The Guide Artists for years, and their books and magazine truly stand out in art and design publishing.

Their books are beautifully crafted, with a strong visual identity and real collectible value. In our decoration and design stores, they work perfectly as both products and statement pieces. The magazine also maintains a high editorial standard, featuring carefully selected artists and refined layouts, closer to a curated catalogue than a typical publication.

What makes them special is their human approach. As a collector, I’ve always experienced a close and personal treatment. Despite being a small, emerging company, they show a level of care that is rare today.

Overall, a fresh and passionate voice in art publishing.

Took my money to pre-order a book. Didn’t deliver. Haven’t responded to any of my many enquiries in Spanish and English. Avoid this company. Unreliable and rip off artists.

Similarly to Leonardo, I have ordered an artbook for $107 in April 2025 and it never came. I have tried to contact them on many occasions, through their website and Instagram, yet they never answered. The order has been marked as fulfilled yet I am left empty handed. How this company is continuing to work with big name artists is absolutely beyond me...

AVOID!

Spent 120 EUR on a book which I ordered in April 2025, and it should have arrived late August. Never came, I had recieved a tracking code sometime November 2025, but that gave absolutely NO results.

Wrote numerous e-mails, directly contacted them on social, contacted owners, always to be left on SEEN.

So I just gifted them 120 EUR for nothing.
