Best decision I have ever made was to see the hair specialist!
My hair is visible thicker more strong and much longer.Plus it doesn’t break as much when I use my hair straighteners.

I have already written a review, but I forgot to mention an important point. I have been very pleased with the improvement in my hair. In addition it is important to take into account that my hair is no longer receding and getting thinner. I think it's easy to forget that without help, whatever problem you have with your hair. it would almost certainly to continue deteriorating.

Unprofessional and didn't think that health or hormones would play a part in your hair loss. Later learned he was an actor and his character was not of a person of trust. Not to be trusted and would never recommend.

I am in my mid 70s and had a hair thinning problem which I probably inherited from my mother. I wanted to find a natural product if possible. My saviour was Gary. I’ve had nearly two years of treatment, my hair is stronger, thicker and seems to be maintaining its natural colour well. It isn’t as thick as it was in my 20s, that may be asking too much but it is definitely a great deal better than it was. There is a ritual involved in using the treatment but it’s no big deal once you get into a routine. This treatment is not cheap but it works without side effects.

I am of Afro-Caribbean origin and my hair started to thin partially around the front, sides and middle. It got to the point that I was afraid to comb my hair because each time so much would come out.

I decided to take the plunge and request an appointment at the clinic. I was made to feel relaxed and Gary assured me that I would see progress if I followed the treatment plan that he set. I was sceptical and doubtful, but within 8 weeks I began to see a difference and I am very pleased with the progress that is being made. I look forward to further results.

If you are suffering from hair loss I would recommend this clinic and make an appointment. I have been going to this clinic for over 10 years seeing the trichologist Gary. Gary is very knowledgeable and honest, he will know the best treatment for you. I am happy with my results, thank you to Gary and the team.

I have been seeing Gary for over 15years. He has through the treatment and emotionally supported me. He is friendly, kind and straight to the point. I have never wanted to use anything that might have side effect, and the treatments I have used are natural without any side effects.

After discovering a rapidly growing bald spot on my 12 year old sons head , I turned to the ‘big’ hair companies. A big mistake. A complete waste of time - they could not help anyone under 18 due to the products involved that they used.
Turning to my GP was also a waste of time - thanks for nothing, and advice was to leave it for 3 months to see if it gets worse!! Well .. would you leave thin fading brake pads another 3 months to see what happened?? No, and neither would I..
After lots of wasted emails and calls I luckily found Gary and the hair centre. He was happy to give a consultation and said there were safe treatments available if needed.
Our consultation was arranged fast, and we met Gary , who straight away put us both at ease. A charming very witty guy, but he is also an expert tricologist and very knowledgeable; and he diagnosed the condition very quickly and explained the treatment available, the cost and time expected for the treatment to work.
Whilst not cheap - I don’t feel it is ridiculously priced either, and the stem cell lotion used was I was assured totally non toxic, safe and free from nasty side affects. Which makes me wonder exactly what sort of ‘poison’ that some of these other hair centres are giving to their clients. They were not willing to give them to someone under 18.. so I shudder to think of what is in their prescribed treatments or what the possible side affects of their ‘cure’ could be.
After the first month there was a noticeable difference - and over the next few months his bald spot was completely gone - with his hair in much better condition as well. Always available if you have any questions , always helpful and they could never do too much.
If anyone is reading this I would recommend them to make the hair centre their first port of call. I would also strongly advise anyone with children who are experiencing issues with their hair, to make the call ASAP. Can’t fault the hair centre for efficiency, communication, customer service and advice.

Incredibly friendly and welcoming staff. Made to feel very comfortable with my hair loss and their solutions have totally transformed my hair growth to a place where I feel confident again.
For those of you considering treatment, I would fully commit as I have been visiting HairCentre for just a year and the results are remarkable and the application of the treatment has just formed part of my easy morning and bedtime routine.
The team will also regularly monitor your progress every 4-6 weeks and will answer any question or concerns you may have. I also love looking back at the pictures taken from my first visit as you can visibly see the transformation on the screen which you otherwise wouldn’t notice due to it not being easy to see the daily/weekly minor changes.

I would definitely recommend The Hair Centre. I previously had a consultation at a well known competitor and I made the decision to go here instead. Gary and the team at The Hair Centre are brilliant. I’ll be honest I was quite nervous and self conscious before I made my first visit. But they put me totally at ease, took me through all the options, not only have they stopped my hair receding it’s grown back more than I ever thought possible. Before I started treatment going bald was something I was really stressing and worrying about daily and now I don’t even have to think about it.

I have been suffering with alopecia from the age of 12-14. After years of medical tests and medical professionals giving me the only option to cover up. I felt completely alone and depressed. I have been seen Gary for the past 3 years, it has been a long road for me but it has been worth it. I can slowly start seeing more hair each month and I hope I soon have all the hair I once had.
Gary and his team have been absolutely supportive of me and truly care about my hair and me. I feel part of family and I truly feel fortunate that I found them.

I've been treated by Mr. Heron and The Hair Centre for just over two years now and my review and opinion of them couldn't be higher. I was told in the beginning the treatment would be a slow one due to the severity of problem i had, but ultimately rewarding, which is the case.

I'm delighted with how the treatment has gone considering how badly it affected me in the past.

The staff at the Hair Centre are very friendly and organised and the chat with Mr. Heron is both professional and enjoyable.

Items are sent via the post if I'm short on a product and they're very flexible when it comes to cancellations on short notice.

I'm always seen on time and have never found myself waiting forever in the waiting room.

Overall it's been an extremely positive experience.
