These people are a fraud. They will promise you the world however when the day comed they will cheat you. They say upto 3500 grafts but on the day they do 1500 grafts. They dont even tell you or show you the counts. What evidence does anyone have that they have done the number of grafts which you paid for? Avoid them. I regret going to them last month.

I had my transplant yesterday, and my only regret is that I didn't have it done sooner. As well, I am incredibly grateful for the excellent care I received here in Romford instead of in Turkey.

From the moment I arrived, the service was great. Dr. Vishal Nayak was gentle, informative, and took the time to answer every single question I had—which really put my mind at ease. The technicians who worked on me, Athulya and Femi, were absolute stars. They were kind, attentive, and made what could have been a long, anxious day feel surprisingly relaxing. Their teamwork and professionalism stood out.

What went well :
The whole team made me feel cared for and safe and the procedure was way more comfortable than I expected. I’m now on my first day after treatment and, honestly, I’m in no discomfort at all.

A small suggestion for improvement at the The Hair Transplant Hub (purely constructive):
I feel there could be a change is the lunch offering. Currently, it’s M&S sandwiches, which are fine, but I would have preferred a lighter option like a salad. I also specifically asked for a tuna sandwich without mayo, and it arrived with tuna mayo. In the future, it might be helpful to offer patients a small pre-procedure menu (even just 3–4 options) so they can choose something that suits their preferences or dietary needs. It’s a tiny detail, but it would make an already excellent experience feel even more personalised.

My final verdict:
If you’re on the fence, please cast your doubts aside and book an appointment. Female transplants are becoming so common now, and I’m proud to shout from the rooftops about what I’ve had done and where. This is my 100% honest, personal review—no one paid me or offered anything in exchange. I am so happy and relieved of my decision, and I can’t wait to see the results.
