I am thrilled with the repair THRC did to the broken chain of my precious vintage Chanel. THRC made it easy, with clear communications on the whole process from safely transporting the bag to completing the repair (with pictures) and returning the bag. Highly recommended

This is an absolute gem of a company and Clare is an utter gem of an artisan. From a customer experience point of view, every step of my item's journey was outlined, and the subsequent pickup/delivery options were so easy to arrange. There was complete transparency about what could be achieved and what the price would be, and I felt utterly at ease about sending off my bag. My new-to-me vintage Chanel departed looking a little tired and came back gleaming and sprightly. Absolutely will not hesitate to recommend or come back to THRC!

I’ve used this company twice, once to clean and restore a Celine leather and fabric tote, and again to reattach a broken strap on a Dior Gaucho. They are always informative and helpful as well as doing an excellent job fixing up neglected bags. Will use again as and when my vintage bags cycle back into fashion.
The only request I have for them would be: please consider inserting rigid bases into sagging bags, between the bag and lining.
Currently they recommend separate bag liners but these aren’t very attractive or practical for me. I’m going to have to use another bag refurbisher to fix up my shapeless prada tote, but would have really preferred to stick with THRC!

I had stopped using my 12 year old Mulberry Bayswater because it was looking so sad and scruffy. I’m so delighted with the beautiful job that Clare has done of restoring it! A much loved (i.e. beaten up) 17 year old Mulberry weekend bag was transformed to its original state, and a horribly stained and a grubby cream suede Loewe handbag was completely revived.

Customer service is excellent; a careful analysis of the problems, a realistic approach to any potential difficulties with the repair / renovation, and total transparency on pricing. Worth every penny.

I had no difficulty at all with the time that the repairs take, much better to work on them properly than rush to meet an arbitrary deadline.

Absolutely amazing experience to restore a Chanel bag that I had purchased as a project bag ! The restoration was fantastic and even better than I had expected. This is the second time I've used Clare to repair a leather jacket, and both times, the job has been done quicker than expected and to an incredible standard.

I sent one of mulberry bags to be restored. It was returned a few days ago and it looks absolutely fantastic. It looks like a new bag.
From the start communication was excellent, was given an accurate quote and felt extremely comfortable sending them my bag.
