Very disappointed with my experience.

The clothing I received looked nothing like the photos on the website and was of very poor quality. I made multiple attempts to return the items, but after repeated emails I experienced ongoing delays and what felt like stalling tactics. When a return address was finally provided, it was incomplete, with no street name, making it impossible to return the goods.

I only saw these reviews after I had ordered the dress and everything people have said is true. It appears as if the company is run by 3 British women and clothes of good quality but the dress turned out to be of polyester cheap material and shoddily made. The offered me a 15% discount if I kept it. This site is certainly a scam with a returns process which I imagine is also fake. It all comes from China. DO not buy from these people as site is a scam

I would give less than one star if I could. I'm not even sure how I found the Harrington Sisters website, but I'm sorry I did. I ordered two items and received two very cheap shoddy pieces, nothing like the pictures on the website. When I contacted them about returns, they used the same "promotional items" aren't returnable nonsense that others mention here. This place is the worst: the pictures were of attractive garments but the top and pants I got were cheap and shoddy. I could have payed less on Temu and got the same quality. I told them I would contact my state's attorney general's office and they basically said to go ahead. I will but let's face it, there really isn't any consumer protection these days. The top I bought was listed at $68.95 marked down to $39.99 and it was not worth $10.00. I can wear the pants, although they're not nice, but the top wasn't even Temu or Shein quality. I feel a fool.

Items look NOTHING like the pictures on the website. $60 USD for something not even worth $1.
Buyer be ware. I made the mistake of checking reviews after purchasing. Impossible to return items. Stay away.

I will never shop here again. I ordered a dress, paid for premium shipping so I would have it in time for an event. It arrived late so I couldn’t wear it to the event. When I finally got it, it turns out I wouldn’t have worn it anyway because it fits small and is such poor quality has to be really tacky. When I tried to return it they refused based on some fabricated policy.
Waste of time and money and terrible customer service.

Ordered a tankini swim outfit. Quality & sizing are dreadful. I contacted them to ask for a refund. They replied telling me it’s not refundable as I bought it in a promotional period-NOT TO MY KNOWLEDGE I DIDNT. It wasn’t reduced.

Scam warning: Received an completely different, low-quality item and blocked returns"I ordered the Sahara kaftan, which was advertised with gorgeous embellishments and vibrant, colourful fabric. After a very long wait, the garment finally arrived, and it is a complete misrepresentation of what is shown online. There are absolutely NO embellishments around the neckline. Instead of quality fabric, it is made of an awful, cheap nylon that looks faded and used.To make matters worse, customer service has been blocking my return and refusing to issue a refund. I have been locked in frustrating negotiations with them since July 7th. Avoid this company—the items do not match the photos and they will not honour refunds for their mistakes."

I received my order yesterday.. I am from New Zealand.. The garment is shocking in comparison to the photo.. I patd NZ$135for it and latee foynd it on sale at Shein for NZ$35.. They even use the photos frim Shein on their website.
The quality is disgusting!!. It is so big that it falls off me and I normally love the fit of every online order I make. Its my biggest online regret to date..

Ordered a dress for an event that looked like it had a corset. Suprised when shipping info was from China. Eventually "it" arrived! I don't think I will even be able to give this dress away it is so badly made and the print so revolting. Apparently it was reduced from £200 to £47. It's worth £7

Absolutely appalling service … ordered a denim dress and received a dress that was made from cheap synthetic material that ripped on trying it on… they will now not fully refund me or provide me with the denim dress I ordered … do not order from this company, extremely disappointing customer service

Beware of this scam website. What they sent me was completely different from the picture. I emailed customer service to try to return the item but because it was a promotional price now I am stuck with an item that’s not even close to the picture on website. They send an item that looks “similar” but is not the picture. It’s a cheaper, low quality version of whatever you see on the website. This is why they don’t even have a review option on the direct website. Very scammy. Make purchases elsewhere.

Terrible terrible quality. I was expecting linen or linen like fabric and instead got terrible synthetic crap that has the pattern printed on it. When I reverse searched the image of the items I purchased it came up on Temu and Shein. When I asked for a refund they let me know that I would have to pay for shipping back to China which is fine but they also let me know: "International returns may involve longer transit times and customs delays
We’ve recently seen a higher number of return packages getting lost in transit
Refunds can only be issued once the item is successfully received at our warehouse
If a package is lost in transit, unfortunately, we would not be able to process the refund"
Which all sounds like a preemptive excuse for not giving me my money back!
At least with Temu and Shein the prices are in the gutter and you expect crap! While I got a deal It was not dirt cheap.

If I could leave less then 1 star I would. The items I received are nothing like what was depicted or described on the website. The cheapest possible material, incorrectly sized tops and guess what, no refunds possible as they say items were on promo. A real scam. Their website implies they are Canadian based in Ottawa but really they are based in Europe, but as actually produced in China. Beware of this company and save your money!

I would give zero stars if I could. I purchased a dress that was on sale, but the sale price was still close to $200 Australian dollars. The dress in the image looks like it was made of really good quality materials and when I got the dress it looked (and smelt) like really really bad cheap Temu. In fact most of what I buy from Temu/Shein is much better quality. It also came in a ziplock bag similar to the style you receive from Shein and Temu. I requested a refund and offered to send it back and they said because it was bought on sale there is no refund HOWEVER they are permanently on sale so therefore there is no way you can ever get a refund. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE. IT IS A SCAM SITE.

Giving this company 1 star is actually a compliment for this absolutely terrible company - they deserve nothing more than a zero.
Ordered a lovely dress off their website. What i received did not look anything like the dress on their website. Completely different style, colour and the material was very cheap polyester. Cannot return unless you pay silly money. !!!AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

I think this site is a scam.I paid £47 for a swimsuit and have not received an email or the costume.I cannot find an email that works.Has anyone got one?

I purchased what looked like a lovely dress from The HarringtonSisters online shop. What I got was not the "elegant" dress promised. The workmanship on the dress was appalling - the tension of the sewing was obviously too loose. The garment was obviously "defective" - this being the standard that a full refund would apply.
The garment I received is not fit to be worn and is not as represented. Despite repeatedly raising these concerns with the customer team, I have been left with an unusable product and no reasonable pathway to obtain a full refund - the cost of returning the garment to China is prohibitive.
The process you have to go through to not get a full refund is just short of a joke - there is no way they are giving you a refund.
My suggestion - steer clear of TheHarringtonSisters - its not worth the angst!

If I could give zero I would. Total scam ! Bought a dress described as breathable cotton- the material was awful and even labeled as polyester. I stupidly only did a reverse image search of the website which shows the lovely looking 3 sisters are in no way anything to do with the site.
Looks like they are based in The Netherlands but NO - everything shipped from China. Impossible to return unless at great expense to yourself.

Norton app blocks me from visiting the site with the warning. Threat name URL:FakeShop
