Hi, we’re sorry to hear you felt there was no communication regarding your order.
Your order was placed on 11th May using our Click & Collect option, not home delivery. An order confirmation email was sent automatically after checkout, and a further email was sent around 2 hours later confirming that your order was ready for collection. We can see both emails were sent to the email address provided at checkout.
If you are unable to locate these emails, please check your junk/spam folder or contact us directly on 0208 427 2110 or hello@thehealthpharmacy.co.uk, and we will be happy to help resolve this for you.
All good but packaging too weak
The order arrived quick and with the ordered items, however the carton was completely destroyed. This might be partly the fault of Royal Mail but also the carton was not stable enough. Luckily nothing is damaged.

Thank you for the honest feedback, Jannik. I’m sorry the outer carton arrived in that condition, although I’m very glad the contents were still intact and undamaged. We do take comments like this seriously and will review the packaging used, as parcels should arrive in better condition than that.

I had a question relating to a product…
I had a question relating to a product purchased from this chemist. An attempt was made immediately by them to contact me but unfortunately I missed it. I reconnected with them and the question was answered straight away. Staff were so eager to please, very friendly and helpful and it was so apparent that their customers are valued, something which is not always obvious these days, even though it was not a large purchase. A huge thank you to chemist staff for outstanding care.
